good site and helpful info. thx fo sharing!:rasta:
i cna roll a good basic joint, but ive been wanting to learn how to roll a tulip for awhile. i wanna roll something that looks really tight, ya know?
thats some good internet info, i recently picked up a book (called spliffs)
it has an excellent display along with instructions for some pretty neat looking j's
the hardest way to roll a j is just using your fingers. im still struggling with it. its kind hard to roll carrots just using the fingers.
Do you mean just the fingers as in no thumbs?
nah thumbs too. im sayin just using your fingers and not using nothin to lean on.
Try rollin with only ONE hand (By putting the paper between your thumb and forefinger, lickin the paper,an snappin yer fingers) I've seen folks do this!!

i can roll pretty well, the only thing is that i roll back words compared to what 90% of how the world rolls.
I'll differently have to try some of these next time i pick up some more rolling tobacco tomorrow or maybe later on today (when ever i smoke the rest of my cig's i got now)
i wanna go buy a pack of bugler just to try and perfect some of these techniques, the two that caught my eye were the flaming backflip (i'm sure it sounds like more then it really is, but i wanna see it work cuz i'd never heard of anything like it til today) and the diamond one, i wanna do the diamond one, becuase it would be the hardest since the joints need to burn at the same time, they need to be pretty much the same size and tightness, and that could prove to be tricky... i'm willing to bet if you can roll a halfway-decent diamond, you can roll anything on that page....
all those designs were straigh out of Ed Rosenthals Joint rolling handbook. You should pick it up and support the author.
Spliffs is a good book, as is Spliffs 2. I get a bunch of free books cause I know his daughter well.
so then.. get a bunch of free books and hooks us up...Quote:

Now that I know how to properly roll it all makes sense, so for you dumb founded people like me I recommend watchin a video if you wanna really learn how to roll xD.
and get like 5 hits before its gone.
thanks
can someone link to a video or step by step joint rolling.
im talkin noob style here i have very little experience rolling. I would like to learn to roll a nice tight joint that burns slow. i smoked one my dad rolled and it was amazing. thanks for the help
this site kicks ass. here's my first attempt at a tulip following the instructions on this site
i like the diamond one
did you use two papers? if not, do next time. if so, make your straw (stem, whatever you call it) shorter. the two paper tulip head is perfect for carrying around a gram+ in tight situations. and im not baggin on ya, just positive criticism. also i have found that a mix of herb and baccy is beneficial for this jay to smoke reeeeaaaaal slow. honey on the sides or ground hash inside will help this problem also. :thumbsup:Quote:

i'm still waiting for someone to post a succesfully rolled diamond that looks smoke-worthy... i'd do it if i had the weed =/
