Whats the longest you have managaged being without drugs and drink for?

So whats the longest you have managaged being without drugs and drink for since you started? I reckon for me maybee two weeks since I was 18... Man that sounds really bad! I'm not talking about getting completely out of it just a beer or two or a joint.
If I exclude drink probably about 5 months clean from drugs. The trouble about living in the UK is nearly all social activity is based round drink. It is deemed pretty weird and antisocial not to drink. Not that I mind getting pissed though...

Once, when I was high, I decided to be a buddhist monk in search of enlightenment. So I guess I've quit for a total of 18mins, which is when I had my next joint.

I think a week. Only b/c when i was younger i would just blaze on the weekends.

So two weeks is average then, well average for a bunch of stoners :thumbsup: :rasta: Not sure I could do a year without. I suppose you had no choice though. I thought getting stuff in jail was pretty easy?

I decided to go budhist once when I was about 19. Cut out meat, drink, drugs, cafiene and processed sugar. Felt really ill only lasted about 5 day lol:rasta:

around a year clean of weed, but i was drinking mostly then. prolly a few months.

abut 6 weeks
i useually let a week go by befor the next pick up
but who knows when that will be next cause my guy just when to the marines last week and now i need a new one

a little over a month, because i felt burnt out from constantly burning on a daily basis...
When i had that first toke after the break...WOW:stoned: ...it was well worth it.:thumbsup:

I'm quitting atm for the longest ever to do my GCSE's 2 weeks. 7 days to go!

now is when. ive been grounded for 1 month and only 3 days left but it was for getting bad grades.. as well as getting suspened for smoking in the bathroom but my parents didint care about that. (there stoners too.)

I've never really gone dry with weed, but I've definitely gone totally off booze for as long as I can, I guess. hell, I tried to take a drink yesterday and I couldn't stomach it at all.

I'll bet I've had a longer break than anyone. I went without weed for 23 years. Smoked socially in college. Liked it fine. Then grew up and didn't smoke again till two months ago, when I got some for my sister, who's been sick from chemo. I don't know that I'll keep it up after she no longer needs it. In fact, I'm fairly certain I won't. But I shall remember it fondly! I hope to see it decriminalized and legalized within my lifetime so I can enjoy it on the up-and-up.

The longest I ever went without drinking alcohol was about 12 years, and I can still take it or leave it. I mostly choose to leave it except for a bottle of light beer here and there.

Today I had no weed.
I tried to say "Hey, maybe I'll be sober for a few days, build my tolerance back up." and be proud of myself, but the next thing I knew I was sitting around building pipes (a favorite hobby of mine whenever I have an hour to kill) thinking "Golly Jebus, how am I gonna get high today?"
I remembered some guy on here saying stems got him high, so I smoke two bowls of stems out of my gravity bong that I just made. It was disgusting and hardly worth it. I got kind of high for about twenty minutes but mostly it was just gross and not very enjoyable.

Sobreity can eat my ass, I'm going to go get high tomorrow even if it KILLS ME.

i've gone 6 weeks for weed, when i had to take a drug test and i was 15. I passed, but i was drinking everyday, while my buddies were smoking blunts. Everyday when we were at school, we'd go to the same plaze everyday, they sold us blunts at the convenience, and i knew this girl at the liquor store right next to the convenience store, so she always sold to me...

Well, since I started this past summer.....3 - 4 weeks. I toke less, and drink a bit more, haha.

K I got my first taste of it, in Gr 9, didnt even get high from it. A year later I try it again, STONED!! And from October '05 to now which is June 12 '06, the longest Ive gone is 5 weeks and thats only happend once, and in that short time Ive done a grand total of, Weed, DXM, XTC, Speed, Oxys, Coke, and possibly PCP (or I was just trippin out LOL). Yes that right I went all in when I got started, Thank You Kevin.
