Mescaline was a let down

Ok, I'm officially high on mescaline (Source: 25g of P-Torch incense) for the first time. I had such great expectations for this drug, but I'm just dissapointed. The visuals are the same as with 2c-i, but the body feeling sucks compared to 2c-i. Right now, I see trails and such articles as with 2c-i, and my body feels uncomfortably hot at the same time as relaxed. I'll never do mescaline again, just because 2c-i is way better. As of now, I just wish I was on 2c-i instead. Final ruling: Mescaline is nothing special at all.

On another note...Does anyone know if you can sleep on mescaline? If you can at least do that, then maybe it's not so bad.

maybe you could have extracted just the mesc for a cleaner trip
it is different with the whole cactus due to other alkaloids

Ok, I took as much as was needed to produce visuals equal to 25mg of 2c-i and that's all I needed to take to know that it's just not as good. The visuals are all there, but the ecstasy type feeling like with 2c-i does not exist in mescaline...I just feel relaxed and music doesn't even sound like anything special. Anyway, that sucks Nexus. I've never done any 2c's or Mescaline, but I know that chemicals each have different effects especially depending on the individual. Maybe it's just not right for you, or you had a bad trip. I'm not sure.

I was disgusted by the lack of research done on the drug... the comparisons drawn together by the thread starter to other drugs... the point of him taking the drug... how he presented himself while explaining his situation (with stupidity and ignorance)... the waste of such a rare substance... alot of different things.

Yes, I was oblivious to the fact that what I was doing was unnecessary, but you can't be blind either. You said alot more then that though. You can see it highlighted in the quote in my second to last post. Mescaline is not going to be like any 2C's, so why you even bothered is beyond my concept of intention. But that's besides the point... Don't use Mescaline to reproduce effects of another drug because it simply isn't worth it. If you want to experience what Mescaline really is about, then why not do a more common dose like 40g's or if you want to test it out, a higher dose like 60-70g's of Torch insence. If you want a 2C-B type of high... then stick with 2C's and X and stuff...

I took "synthetic" mescaline tablets a few times many years ago. It was very much like tripping on acid, but more physical, and with a lot more visual hallucinations.

Some of the scenes in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas nail the experience of this type of laboratory-made mescaline very well.

I doubt that it's manufactured anymore, at least not in the U.S. Although I've never tried peyote, I'd guess that this would be similar - and probably better. I cannot take anything that might get me sick, so the "real" mesc from peyote is not an option for me.
