Instead all their attention is directed towards astral sounds (i.e. Pink Floyd).
While Floyd is a good band they are all about sound effects and production (Interstellar Overdrive and Pow R. Toc H donā??t sound that good on a single acoustic guitar, now do they?).
On the other hand The Beatles produced a much more full-bodied sound, they didnā??t neglect anything. You can play a song like Strawberry Fields Forever on piano, by itself, and it sounds great.
Snake River Conspiracy ~ Love Song
I have lots of favorites but that will always be the best love song I've ever heard in my life today and forver. Plus it gets me hot.

puff the magic dragon
thats one kick ass choon
Tommorow never knows, are you familiar with the work that Donovan did at around the same time as the Beatles.
Songs like Atlantis, sunshine superman, mellow yellow, the hurdy gurdy man and colours. Also a lighter poppier relief from the soaring psychedelia of pink floyd. Some of it such as Atlantis is also very beatles esque. I'd say it's well worth a listen.
