Yes, I exercise as a way to escape the stress of the world. More specificly, I play soccer/football to do this. It's my meditation. I also feel it gets someone in the best overall shape. It involves long runs, short sprints, and extreme agility. Without it, I would be lost.
I do lift on the side, but only for soccer. I'm not doing it to get swole or whatever, but to improve the muscle groups used in the game. If I get too bulky, I wouldn't be effective on the pitch.
Exercise people! Personally, I don't want to end up another statistic of being the fattest country in the world. Gotta love America.
No, but I walk around nonstop at work outside in the heat for 6-9 hours a day.
Sort of. I walk around like anthony for about 8-10 hours a day doing a lot of manual labor. I also skateboard and run the tredmill every few days
i ride my eliptical 3 days a week or try to at least but thats about it, i need more weight training or else i wont b bikini pretty cause i sure aint right now, lol....

the only exersize i get is when i am runnin from a cop car i see when i am drunk and high(not fun i kept fallin) butr other then that i play soccer so i stay pretty fit

i did arms and sholders today... made an appt. with a pt tomorrow... my summer fitness freak personality has kicked in and my energy level is higher then it has been in ages... i'm beginning to wonder if i may be bi-polar... will smoke little or nothing for the next five to six monthes... this body is becoming higher maintenance every year...
yes i excercise, by walking, running (very rarely), and also a little martial arts training, and cuz i used to work as a manual labourer i've kept myself in shape without spending hours at the gym, and was gettin payed for it too lol :p
P.S. Don't get stoned at lunch if you have a lot of work to do in the afternoon lol :stoned:
