Uhhh...you just INHALE. Kind of like taking a big breath. To make sure you're doing it right, after you inhale, try closing your mouth and letting the smoke out through your nose.
Breath it in like fresh air.
Well, what are you smoking out of?
A Joint: Suck it into the back of your throat a big hit or a little one, then breathe it fast and hard through yoru MOUTH to the lungs, not NOSE to lungs. Then hold it in as long as you can (max 7 seconds) if you want.
Bong/Water pipe: Draw it directly into your lungs and try to push as smoke as you can into your lungs and hold it in.
Pipe: Suck it into your mouth and back throat or directly into your lungs if you can handle it and hold it in.
Always draw in air thorugh your mouth, you haven't just snorted smoked marijuanaz.

ok now that i have your attention..
the easiest way to do it right is to just swallow the smoke and hold it in. no way to screw up if you just swallow it.

The most common way of not getting a hit (aside from not producing any smoke at all, but that's fairly obvious) is leaving it in your mouth or throat rather than getting it to your lungs. The above suggestions are good. The simplest catch-all solution for this problem is just to breathe normally for a second after taking your hit - do whatever you normally do to take a hit, then breathe in a bit. This will pull in any smoke that hasn't yet made it down to your lungs, delivering its lovely payload of THC.
yeah i do that too i mean i can always get all the smoke in but doing that gets it deeper. and try to practice inhaling with cigs (dont worry you wont get addicted ive been smoking cigs for a year and im not addicted)Quote:

Then, take your joint/pipe/whatever , suck some smoke into your mouth.
Then open it slightly and just breathe in, the smoke goes down with the air you breathe in.
Do it just how you did before you had any smoke in there, just fill up your mouth and breeeaaathe in!
