I think I have ADD, LOL!

K the way ADD was explained to me is that you will be watching someone like a teacher and then you mind wanders and you have like a shit load of thoughts going on about like how caulk works and just random shit that has nothing to do with what the teacher is saying or doing. LoL and thats the way shit has been for me for as long as I can remember, and when Im stoned I get it really bad LMAO, I love it. And its not like its hard to get what the teacher is saying or anyone else for that matter, but my mind is still like all over the place.

If anyone has or had ADD, and Im wrong about what its supposed to be like, correct me, if I am right and I might have it, tell me this, why would you want to get rid of it, its soo much fun, its like haveing 3 or 4 ways of thinking about whats going on.

IMO add and adhd is bull shit...........I have kids the one they claim have add, are the kids that are wacked out on sugar........... and the parents dont know how to say NO to the brats...........

Take them off the sugar and take control of your kids for christ sakes....

Tru Dat Bong30. Also the side effects of ritalin and adderal aren't worth. My friend has Adhd. He takes strattera i think. Anyways since it causes loss of appetite, he doesnt eat as much as an average 15 year old kid should. He looks more like he is 11 or 12. I feel bad for the kid.

yeah i think its ridiculous that they give every kid who doesnt give a shit about their class a bunch of pill to take so that they can make money and to make it easier to tell parents that they need to control their kids

any parent can take their child into the psycologist Ph.D., whatever. and they can get them to say anything. ive experienced it before. for the first 13 years of my life. i dont take them anymore though.

50 mg (5 pill capsules) strattera
800 mg depakote (four 200 mg HUGE pills)
two 40mg celexa`s.

allin one day for 3 years. i am off em now though. they fucked my body uo after i got off em though. fuck that shit, horrible. you know. for you to take any meds. unless its a medical emergency. and you are capable of making your own deciecision. EVERYONE iuncluding yourself has to say YES. that you willtake em. you have to agree. you can say no kids. that is the truth. and take it from me, they really do destroy your body, and your brain mentally.

ADD is a real condition, it's just that for every 1,000 kids diagnosed with it, one of those kids actually have it, lol. But as my (former paramedic) biology teacher was telling us, most kids put on ritalin or other ADD medication could have their problems fixed with the right nutritional supplements.

What problems? Not being able to listen to the bullshit at school or at the office meetings? That's because that shit isn't importent to ADDers.

i have adhd and trust me, i dont act normal without my medicine. i act CRAZY, i cant concentrate (not just being bored, but like being stoned, i just cant concentrate and soak things in). you may have it, you may not. but im a horribly different person without the medicine, im mean, i dont care about anyone or relationships, and im just a pure asshole. with the medicine im more able to concentrate (doesnt make you work, you have to do that yourself), im not as mean, and i can maintain a healthy relationship with the girl i love. the medicine is not to be abused, it can fuck you up permanently. ive abused it a few times and majorly regret it (around 25 times ive abused it)

I was on pills for adhd fer like a month or two but then the doctor said he maid a mistake and took them back...........I am really hyper er something though cause I never stop tapping my fingers and stuff lol

Stop being a dick and learn to deal with your urges without drugs. You know by using Speed you're probably dissolving your bodies natural ability to produce certain chemicals and that it'll be shit trying to get off the drugs if you can at all because of all the abuse.

I probably have ADHD but I never bothered to seek hellp cause I've always managed to get through classes and work. But the price was blood sweat and tears. It's a serious problem for many children and addults so be nice. Yes people with ADHD can be terrible annoying but think about have hard it is to always be in control of ones feelings and try walking insomeons ADHD shoes.... ADD is real, but the problem with it is that it is overdiagnosed.. like seriously overdiagnosed. It's one of those disorders where when anyone reads the symptoms they pretty much think they all apply; I thought I may have ADD for a while, but then I tutored a kid who legitimately had it. He was fucking bouncing off the walls every 10 seconds. And literally, I'm not joking, he was climbing on chairs, desks, and throwing shit while I was trying to tutor him. Nice kid, but he had the most nervous energy I've ever seen in anyone. I'm pretty sure you don't have it. It's pretty normal to lose focus. If I remember the statistic right, it's something like the average attention span of a human for an issue of mild importance is something like 20 seconds. Maybe you just don't care all that much about school so you can't focus.

But yeah.. thinking you have ADD is probably more of a problem than ADD itself.

ADD is real. You don't need prescription pills to manage it. You simply need to organize your life, and structure it. It takes quite a bit of effort, and that's the hard part.

most people who are diagonosed with ADD most likely do not have ADD it's just societies way of trying to fix a high spirited child without actually fixing them. If you ever meet someone with true ADD you can tell without asking them.
