Can anyone help me ? I want to transplant my plants today, and i have no idea how to do it. What should i do??? I mean i dont have a clue my plants are 4 and 6 weeks old, and i want to transplant them from 1 gallon into a 4 gallon pots ( plastic ), i read about flushing them with water before transplanting them but im not sure, please if anyone can explain exactly what should i do.

First in your new pot half fill it to the point where you think you'll want to put your other soil mass in, next water your soil to the point where you can see the water showing up on the top of the pot or w/e (of the pot your plants are in) then with your middle and index finger between the stem and the rest of your hand on the soil, turn the pot upside down and lightly try to get it out..once you do that put it in the new pot and put more soil in the pot to make a full pot or w/e..
I used a little shot of Root Stimulator by Ferti-lome after each transplant. I never lost a single fan leaf, and I transplanted 4 times on my first grow.Quote:

I did everything you recommended now the plants are in new pots.
But i made a mistake one plant is not filled with soil to the surface, is that bad ???
Should i give them light or let them rest ( they had 10 hours of light today ) ???

You mean the soil isnt fully covered? Eh...as long as the roots arent exposed to bare air like me and you I dont guess it's a bad thing.Quote:

The plant in the white pot is 6 weeks old, and it started to grow some yellow(white green) leaves on the top. What's that about? Am i over watering or over nuting ??? I give them 1L water in 48 hours and i nute them every 5 time with Bio Vega (Biocanna) 3.5-1-5.5 .
I dont know what's the problem ?

Well one good method would just to water every 3 days and every few weeks add nutes to the watering..But from the looks it has to do with nutes..I'm not sure but I've seen some plants that were suffering from a nutrient problem and your plant looks similar so the damage is already done, best thing to do is just deal with it.
Is it a problem to change the way im watering them ?
I thought to give them only water wich i buy ( bottled), or should i prune the top leaves? Any sugestions ?
I did that too, but not to much only to stimulate root growing. I saw that in dvd that teaches you how to grow.Quote:

I dont think you should prune anything, like I said it looks like nutrient dmg and whats done with that is already done and cant be fixed. I dont think watering in any way is a problem unless it's water you feed your plants as soon as you ran from the sink and it's not even room temp or the pH isnt even balanced, other than that I dont see what you could be doing wrong except giving a nutrient strength that the plants dont like yet.Quote:

Well you can flower when ever you think it's ready because it depends on the grower and if they are satisfied with the size and all and if I were growing yes, I would flower now. Because it's said that once the plants start flowering it's possible they can double in size so they say when you prepare to flower do it expecting it to double the size it is at the moment and yeah to me it looks ready, also if it gets too big just prune it and you can sort of balance the size out.Quote:

I used hps 400w for veg. stage im planing to use it for flowering also.

Those look like females to me, and you keep saying you use 400w for veg, but what bulb are you using? MH or HPS? and there is nothing you should do for switching but set a time for the change, I'd recommend 8 a.m-8 p.m ;).Quote:

Well I could be deeply wrong but I'm pretty sure those other pics had a nute problem but if they were under a HPS light maybe that could be a prob too? It's stated that vegetating plants and seedlings grow better under the blue spectrum of light so a MH light or something would be used for that...If you ever get the extra $300 (lol) i'd recommend buying this.

I'm recommending it because if you were using HPS for vegitatitve unless you didnt know that MH is better or didnt have the money for two bulbs maybe your ballast doesnt support MH lights?
They mail in a brown box so unless some one is extremely nosy they wont know whats in the box and they send you the light already set-up with a timer if wanted and HPS or MH bulbs.
For now i'll try it with this bulb cause i already made some investments, but for the next crop im going to do it for sure. I hope this will work for now!!!
By the way i dont know if i mentioned it, my plants are both Skunk#1. Next time ill have 4 sorts min. It's because they told me its the best plant to grow for beginers.
Whats the best NPK solution for flowering ???
Anything with P higher than N and K..nothing is actually a wrong mixture.. it could be for example 12-30-12, 20-20-20, or 5-10-5, really doesnt matter just make sure that middle number is higher because marijuana plants use phosphorus for bud growth, K is just used to keep it healthy and fight diseases and N is used for the leaf and stem growth so it's obvious you'd want more P for buds :p. And what ever you do dont cut the leafs or prune now when you get into flowering because when you do your plant will use most of it's energy towards more branch and leaf production and wont be as focused on growing your buds so when ever you prune..dont do it during the flowering stage ;).
Hy there SkunkMe1, like Orangeman said HPS is all about red spectrum so next time consider using some CFL´s or a MH for veg cycle (if u have the money), but anyway what i want to say to u is 4 u to check out this video from this dude, he uses the same seeds as u (Skunk #1), but in the first week he uses a simple 40w CFL just for the germination, and then HPS all the way....check it out and let me know what u think of it

Hi omega and thanks for the link the video was cool (helped alot) i wish i had that kind of space... By the way my plants are doing great, i think it was the small pot that caused the trouble. Leaves are becoming green again (thanks god):thumbsup: Im going to post some pic's soon.
