I am considering buying seeds online for my first time. Due to some mis-haps I am down to only 1 variety, AK-47, which unfortunatly I've found that you cannot grow outdoors where it rains, due to bud rot problems.
What's your vote for best high and ease of growing in the rain?
this is just a complete guess, but I have always heard it rains almost daily in Hawaii ... good place to start ... :smokin:

that is just an example, my point being, any wet climate pot is what youre looking for ... Northern Lights is easy to grow, big yields, and very potent ... it is popular in British Columbia, so I should think it can handle a good deal of rain ... just an educated guess .. :smokin:
I have found that white widow hates being 2 wet.
Tom: that sucks. Just orderd seeds that are a cross between Jamacan Lambsbreath and White Widow. It was in the outdoor catagory.

but it won't matter what you end up growing unless you take care of the drainage first. no cannabis strain does well in constant soggy soil...

I did heed your advise, what are you talking about. I waited for more than a week to get some advice on specific varieties, then I ordered 3 from a BC company, all of which were in the outdoor catogory. First I spent some time reasearching what people grow in the rain. One variety was developed outdoors in BC (Chemo) and I assume it rains more there than here.

Thanks, but I have great drainage. I was talking about the buds staying wet and rotting from the rain.
As far as the White Widow cross I mentioned above, I was not too sure about growing it outdoors, even though it was in the outdoor category. If all else fails, I can just grow that one in my indoor set up. I think it will be nice to have. I just need something, anything, for outdoors. I hope one of the three will do it.
PS: What I really wanted was "Early Pearl". After adding everthing up this seemed to be the best choice. Too bad it costs more than the other 3 varieties combined.
