Test on May 24th

ok today is May 14th i have a test on the 24th for AA ive never had to piss before so i was wonderin what i should do i stoped smokin May 7th and been drinkin plenty of water and powerade(i found out the powerade has 10% niacin,10% vitaminb6 and 10% b12) and also bought the fruit pectin just to be safe and have have 3 home test failed 2 so far gonna do the last 1 the day before my test the 23rd im 19 years old 5'8 180lbs i had a owi 4 weeks ago my first offense of anything never been pulled over and never caught i caught the cops lol fuckin deer..lo i was jw if anyone had any advice for me i would highly appreciate it...thanks to those who post on my tread thanks alot

My advice. read N2's guide for starter's...there are a lot of very good tips to succeed by dilution. draw out a guide for yourself. I'd start 12 hours before your going to be tested by taking 3-4 aspirin. four hours after that another 3-4. and then another 3-4 four hours after that (you should have four hours to go at this point). Use gatorade and chug 16-24 oz's. wait 15 as N2 suggests and take another 8 oz. , and so on for the next hour. (you should have 3 hours to go now until the test). At this point, wait an hour and just void that whole hour, you'll be pissing every 15-25 minutes depending on your body system, also, whenever you piss, replace that with about 4-8 oz's of water depending on what you've pissed out. After that hour (2 hours to go) you should be voiding completely clear urine, like water. load up on about 8-10 B complex vitamens. Also, pop 1-2 more aspirin just to be safe. Piss for another hour (1 hour to go now). at this point you'll want to do anything you've read that could be good. I recommend certo although others may disagree at this point, i have very close friends who swear by certo and it has never been tested to NOT work, so you might as well buy a liquid certo pack and chug it with some gatorade after your next void. for this last hour what your going to be doing is just voiding and replacing so your piss doesn't look to neon green like for the test. You want something that doesn't look like mountain dew, trust me. When it is go time for the test, give a midstream sample as N2 suggests. beginning piss in the toilet, middle piss in the cup up to the required amount, end piss in the toilet. simple as that. but my problem is that its a monitored drug test they will watch me so i cant really piss in the toilet idk i have other fruit pectin its not certo but is a complete fruit pectin in a pouch to pour in powerades thanks for advice keep it comin if u can thanks alot

i also heard that its the creatine levels in ur piss that make it clear and i heard eatin alot of red meat keeps ur creatine levels at normal like you dilute ur system ur waterin down your creatine and red meat is full of creatine
