I haven't tried it yet, but I want to try an experiment to see the difference between highs on an empty stomach and a full one. I imagine you'll get more goofed on an empty stomach.
What other biochemical factors are there to getting more stoned? In the morning as opposed to night? When you're tired as opposed to when you're not?

I've never noticed a difference other then when I do decide to eat, I usually eat more than I would have if I hadn't been high.
I find that having an emty stomach does help to prolong the high, If i eat it always end up loosing my high, well, not compltetly but a bit.
i have to go with LIP i don't think it has anything to do with how much content is in your stomach. But if you want to do an experiment how about how much and how long it stays in your system for a lite person a medium weight person and a heavy person ;)
I always get way more blitzed in the morning rather than any other time of the day. I'm almost positive an empty stomach gets you the most blown(it's really just common sense).
if i'm real tired i usually get more stoned i think, more drunk too, just cause your body is weaker so it hits you harder or something, sometimes it even wakes me up for a while too
Like alcohol, weed hits you more on an empty stomach.
Sometimes I would not eat a thing and wait till dinner time to smoke with a pad thai by my side. :D
I dont know what you mean by "goofed" but if your talkin about more playful I dont think so, actually you wont be doin anything, very uncomfortable complaining about the hunger-knife poked in your stomach. I call it that because it feels like my hunger is in this painful small knot like a knife wound or somethin, it sucks. Highs are not better hungry trust me lol.
Supposedly, this "just makes sense". Explain this biologically though. Because I see no reason why your stomach contents would affect the high when you aren't actually putting any of the bud through your digestive system. Maybe you feel less high because you feel like shit from giving into the munchies too much and eating a shitload of food?
Not sure of the exact biochemistry here Adam01, but when you smoke weed your body tries to expel the chemicals the same way it would expel alcohol from your system (getting drunk), even though it doesn't directly affect the digestive system.
Dehydration is the main factor, but another is a lack of glucose in the system to process the chemicals in the blood stream, so your body gives the signal to your brain to get more glucose-rich sources, aka you feel hungry.
But if there is glucose in the body the body will process the chemicals faster than on an empty stomach
i would HIGHLY RECUMEND not getting high on a empty stomach.
my past experience was bad. i only had a half of bagel in the morning for the whole day before smoking at around 10PM and well to make a long story short, i was at a friends house making me something to eat, or rather waiting my turn to make something to eat. and well while standing there i black out and fell down to the ground and was out like a light for a good 10 secs and i didn't even knew i fell, simply becase i haven't ate enough that day.
so i wouldn't do it!
