Is anyone else watching what they eat, and trying to lose,maintain, or somethingw hile being stoned?Does anyone have any luck? I discovered that since I started eating less sweetened food, Everytime I eat sugar when i'm high I feel like that squrriel on hoodwinked, the coffee junkie....Anyone else feel fat?:p
I eat healthy when I'm stoned, I usually go for fruits, and water if I am desperate for sugar.
Yea I just discovered fruits,and whipcream.:p Lite whipcream...I am trying to lay off red meat,and milk products.(most milk products,besides creamer for coffee,and cream for my fruits)

I usually don't think about what I eat since I've eaten fairly healthy for so long.
Im getting a bit of a belly tbh, but oh well, im happy.
I like being fat. Im borderline fat, but still in the cuddly stage.
You guys need to watch more T.V. Apparently, eating three serving of dairy a day while dieting is more effective than cutting out dairy.Quote:

I was at a party with a huge table full of snacks and sweets. I was smoking my cousings bong and got the munchies like crazy. I terrorized the table and ended up eating so much that I got sick and puked. That was a one time thing but I do occasionally get gut aches from eating too much while Im blazed. fruit is the key. it's sweet and it has it's own juices, you kill 2 birds with one stone. don't get me wrong i get down on some ice cream too, but when i have a snack attac i usualy grab some red grapes.
Yup, to be honest when im on the munchies i really dont give a fuck, ill eat everything lol.
