Truth about "Legal Buds"

Well, I've heard mixed opinions. Some of my friends that I smoke with on an every-other-day basis were telling me that it "fucks you up, but different than weed", and wouldn't elaborate further, because they don't like answering questions which they think are stupid. I'm just curious! I'm not looking for a replacement or anything for real pot, because I love pot and would never give it up for some fake stuff made out of hops, lettuce, and "wild dagga"... Anyway, if you've tried some of it, what's the "high" like? If anything? I'm interested in trying some since it's hella cheap. So, if you've tried it, describe the effects, if there were any.
I also heard that it smells like hay, but when you smoke it, it "smells more like pot than pot does", and I guess the smell stays on your clothes and you smell like pot, more than you would if you were smoking pot.
I know that sounds incredibly stupid, but those are about the only two things I've heard about legal buds, and just want to separate myth from fact.

Well I don't know where to find legal buds, but if you mix dried ginger and parcely and smoke a few bowls, you will experience incredible euphoric effects. You should try it:thumbsup:

Legal buds are shit! They do 100% nothing. They're meant to relax you, but they just make you ill, give you a sore throat and a head ache.

THey truly are a waste of money, and anyone who has tried them will agree.

The only "Good" one, if you can call it that is Salvia extracts. I've tried it, and got nothing, but alot of ppl on these boards have done it and it gives you an intence trip. Nothing like cannabis tho, or shroom or acid, its got its own kinda trippy high.

Well, i wasnt sure aobut that, i mean, i've done shrooms and acid, i was on acid last night, but from what other people told me it has its own feeling...

At the end of the day, legal buds do nothing apart from waste your money and make you ill.

I have yet to find any 'legal buds' that were worth the money. The first time I tried was maybe 6 years ago. Ordered a sampler pack through some ad in High Times. They sent me like 5 different kinds...none of them did squat except for, as LIP said, give me a headache and nasuea. This was after not smoking for a couple of months so my tolerance was nothing. Still, they didn't produce any type of effects for me. Same with the Salvia; I ordered some of that about 2 years ago and maybe felt a slight buzz for like 45 seconds, that was it. Got a couple of free pipes and papers out of the deals though.

Lol, I didnt know males produces buds, I thought they produced pollen sacs xD.

They do. Males dont produce buds at all. The buds are seed pods, and when the plant is NOT pollinated by the male no seed grows, but the seed pods get bigger, and there called the buds. Males just have soft pollen sacks, that arnt used for any type of smoking. The only thing on a male that can be used is the leaves, and thats to make bubble hash.

As I undertand it male buds are only a bit less potent than females. Just a lot smaller. I could be wrong though.
