Some people look at me weird when i insist in getting all my shit right before i blunt up. for example
like to have a cold drink on hand
music playing no doubt
something warm, if not a blanket
pillows
and i hate having bright ass lights when i smoke
am I the only one who sets that atmosphere right?:cool:
uhh....yeah.......ha. the music and drink parts coo tho. i love listenin to pink floyd and drinkin a 40 while tokin wit my boys.

I usually have some apple juice next to me
with my red sphere-globe-lamp-thingy flipped on (see pic)
some music blaring out my mac
and a couple candles cuz it smells so good. warm vanilla :OD
I usually burn some Nag Champa or some other insencse. Put on my I-Tunes playlist for smoking, open the windows (student housing). Refill my bong, and turn the lights out.

My setup is basic, just a pipe, a lighter, and some herb. But yeah, the enviorment has to be ready to go before I light. During the week; the paper has to be out, the TV on the news, and the radio going slightly in the background...then I'm ready to smoke. On the weekends, I usually drink. So my drink has to be by my side when I smoke...I take a drink, smoke, drink, smoke, drink, smoke.... If I finish my drink, refill, then continue smoking.
Some good herb along with an Tanqueray 10 gin and tonic....you're set....Tonic and Chronic I call it.
I dont do to much to setup but I do listen to music and turn off the big light and put a deak lamp on then open the window.
In case one of my friends sacrifices his house for a good smoking session, all I need is a comfortable couch, a TV with good sound, a movie something to eat, to drink and ofcourse a table so i dont have to get everything out of my pockets all the time. and lots and lots of weed.

Grinder, weed, skins (skinning up is like a ritual for me,) gotta have some music on, that's pretty much it. I try not to smoke inside but I usually end up smoking inside. I live right by a busy highway, so it's hard to find good spots to smoke.
Grinder, papers/or glass pipe, hash, bud and a lighter is all i need :rasta:

I have a black light and other little colored lights in my room that I always turn on before smoking, and the big light goes out. Music is a definate must, but then again I'm always listening to music so that's not a prob. Hafta have some kind of drink, preferably Mountain Dew or Bud Light, but anything will work.. I'm not picky.
Other than that basic stuff, I'm good to go. Just gotta have the weed, papers, pipe.
Also, when I smoke at one of my friends houses, I always sit in the same exact spot... middle of the couch. Anyone else have a certain spot they stay at when they smoke? Cause when I get super stoned, I barely move. lol

Whenever I can, I like to use this little setup I like to call the 'Trip Station':
I have stereo sound system setup all around my bed-head, linked to my Discman so I can use it even when there's a blackout. I have candles all round my room and I light incense, usually Nag Champa or Dragon's Blood. I kill all the lights (except for the candles, of course) and open the window so my tiny fuckin' room doesn't get stuffy.
It's pretty cool sorta system. I just lay back and chill.

Nightime- put on family guy....break out the weed tray and stash box.. grab a cold sierra mist play some project pat then eventually some bob marley..load the bong with water and a bowl...put a blanket over me...turn on the fan and smoke out all night.
i don't do it the same way, but yes, i have to have everything within reach as i fucking hate having to get up in the middle of a smoking session to get something, or 'fix' something (say for instance i left the blinds open and it's bright outside)Quote:

2ND STONING: I get plankered again after 2 or 3 jays and then I switch the TV on and watch my DVD, drinkin my beer.
FINAL STONING: When the DVD is over (or sometimes before then) I'll go outside and smoke from my waterpipe until its finished then I'll use all my roaches in the waterpipe until they're all finished. then i pass out. wherever.
It sounds like a mission but the reason i set everything up is coz when im goofed i cant be assed to do anything - so its like my 'sober self' is lookin out for me. . pretty cool
I think I used to have more of a routine back in the day, but now as long as I have herb, something to smoke with and a lighter, I'm happy. :) And a drink because I get bad cottonmouth
