There has only ever been one recorded verdict of fatal overdose due to cannabis. In January 2004, Lee Maisey of Pembrokeshire, Wales was found dead. The coroner's report stated "Death due to probable cannabis toxicity". It had been reported that Maisey smoked about six joints a day.

well a probably THC toxicity is not even possible from 6 joints. I will bet ANYTHING she had some other illness that may have been affected by smoking so much.
What if he (/she) had Asthma, s/he could have taken a hit, had an asthma attack and died of asphyxiation.

This was a BS story printed by a brit rag that later printed a retraction of the story and admitted it was BS .
I did post on this when it originaly happened and I had links for the story and the reason why it is impossible but I can't be arsed to find them again.

This is silly. You should check to see if it hasn't already been said on this board (it has). Anyways, it's not true. Even if it were possible, other professionals have discredited that diagnosis.
