a 400 watt bub will be perfect.... just make sure you can vent the space...

400 is much better than 250.....
For a space that big, would 600 be too much? Would it help yield enough to be worth it?

You can run whatever you want in your closet, hell you can run 4, 1000 watters. Just be sure you can cool it.
