Clockwork Orange. Its fucked up, within fucked up. Which makes it fucked up squared. Easy Rider, One flew over the cuckoos nest, The Shining, Fight Club, Cool Hand Luke, and Madagascar.
i watched the weather man last night i wasnt high but the way you can hear what hes thinking and how his thoughts change rapidly makes me think that it would be very trippy to watch high

fantasia is awesome
Gimmee Shelter, the movie/documentary about the ill-fated Rolling Stones (and others) concert at Altamont, where a man was stabbed to death, and numerous crazy incidents happened.
It's not a good idea to watch this film on strong psychedelic drugs. I did (acid), when it came out, it the theater. I was alone, and had to leave halfway into the film because it was too intense.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, above all. Then Zatôichi, Battle Royal, Oldboy, Kill Bill 1, Apocalypse Now-- anything with a lot of violence seems to blow my mind while stoned....
Best movies to watch while high?
A Clockwork Orange(Synthesizers playing the music in the background with Ludwig Van Beethoven. Also, there are crazy visuals.)
Crash(The music in the background is crazy. Also, how everybody in the movie is connected to each other with out anyone knowing it is trippy.)

Me and a bunch of my friends who don't smoke weed got really high before seeing it in the theater. We laughed do hard people were looking at us. OMFG that is a funny movie.
Beavis and Butthead Do America was pretty funny. It's just not funny after the second time you see it, though.
the only movie that only really really got to me was requiem for a dream...that movie was just disturbing...ive only seen it once...i dont really wanna watch it again..its just like..disturbing..i dont know how to explain it...the scene where the mom is getting shock therapy kept playing over in my mind for the next week..i hate that movie.....
but it was good.
I can't believe I forgot about fear and loathing, and it took that long to be pointed out, that film makes me laugh every time I watch it.

The HBO series OZ.
OZ has like 6 seasons and about 4 discs per season, for about 24 total DVD's.
OZ is soooooooooo fucking cool
My favorite characters are Alvarez and Schillinger. Hell, all the characters fucking rock.
Deadwood is pretty cool, too, but they only have Season 1 out on DVD right now.
Lost is pretty good, but I get confused when I watch it high.
Then again, I'm not that bright. heh.
oooo yeah, clockwork orange, i hav'nt seen that movie in years. I acculy watched it when i was proberly like, 12. I'm not sure about insane movies when you're high. TV programmes like The Avengers gets you all trippy, Lost, is seriously funny, The Magic Roundabout is surreal and most Aussie telly like Prisoner cell block H are a must see. Spinal Tap is a good film to watch when you're stoned. Most 70s films make you go all couch locked and are highly amusing. I really can't be doing with serious TV when I'm stoned :)

Hey PureEvil,,,,Devil's Rejects is disturbing enough to watch completely straight. I couldn't imagine what the effects it would have watching it stoned. I have not seen to many movies that have made me think, "Man, the writers of this movie have some serious issues to deal with" since all the slasher/horror flicks are all in the same realm as B rated shows. But I must admit, DR has got to be one of the most inner thought provoking movies I have ever seen. I even added it to my small but "specialized" collection of DVD's. Keep up the good work Mr. Zombie!
I've never seen it, sounds good. But tbh i don't know if i believe you. I don't think a movie could have that kind of an impact on me. But one movie in the cinima's right now that i wanna go watched stoned is hostel. Shame when i went to see silient hill few days ago i could'nt get stoned, because that was a good movie.Quote:

Audition will freak you the hell out especially if you get the uncut original virsion.... nothing ever made me cringe like this movie.
I'd have to say, The Neverending Story, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal all are wonderful when high, basically any movie that has wierd Henson-type puppets as characters. I can't believe nobody's mentioned any of these yet.
Any of the Star Wars are good while dill, especially the originals. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is also good, so is the old 1970's movie Flash Gordon. Any old Japanese fighting movie.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy is a great movie while stoned... it's all weird and shit.
For me, I prefer to watch concerts/live DVDs of music and shit.. or just regular music videos. My favorite is Pink Floyd's "Live In Pompeii", followed closely by Nine Inch Nails, "And All That Could Have Been" DVD. If you've never seen Live In Pompeii, you are fucking missing out big time. :thumbsup:

Requiem for a dream is a fantastic movie its a very fucked up movie but I like fucked up occasionally! The Score is really good as well I heard a dance remix of it a few years ago in a club while absolutely off my tits which was good.
