so like 15 minutes ago, some cops saw me, story inside.

woah, im back, i went down to my freinds house down the street, ripped his brothers bong like 10 times, and as i was walking out side, blowing out a hit, a cop drives up, i RUN in my BARE feet hop a fence, the cop makes the mistake of trying to open the lock gate to chase me, i hop 2 more fences, my feet are bleeding, cut, broken toe..or it mioght just be stubbed real hard, i hop in to a court thatts about .5 miles away, then i run to the CLOSED end of the court, see a house that looks farmiliar, and i was right, i go inside, its my other stoner freinds house, we smoke a bowl out of his pipe, i hop his fence in the backyard, and what do yah know? im at MY street. i run about a quarter mile and i am in my front yard, my feet are soo fucked up, i go in the house, wash them, clean them, bandage them, and they are doing OKAY.

come on guys, it ranked of weed, Del... i know you a conscerned moderator, but i am on spring break =), i put ona hoodie and drove by in my moms car, there are 2 squad cars there, and i know this guys family, and they have a meth lab in the bathroom, using a toilet(lol?) and I CAN NOT afford to ruin my moms image because her 16 year old was in a house smoking pot 2 rooms away from a lab, it really makes her look bad when people talk about that kind of shit. and i also would have got in alot of trouble (not so mutch with mom, but more so with the LAW.)

as long as it has residue from an illegal substance on it, now if you bought a glass pipe, used it for and only for tobacco and carried it around with you, then a cop tried to arrest you on it, i'd demand it be tested... becuase it's only ever been used for tobacco which isn't illegal...

the 'paraphenaelia' dosn't become illegal until it's used for the consumption of illegal substances... of course, if the cops had said 'you're under arrest for the paraphanelia' and the guy had never smoked weed or any ilegal substance out of the pipe, and then he said that the pipe had only ever been used for tobacco, they'd have no choice but to retract that statment or contnue persecution until it's been proved or disproved that the pipe had or hadn't been used for illegal purposes. pipes aren't illegal, paraphenalia itsself isn't illegal, it's only once it's been used for illegal purposes that it becomes illegal

Wow, when i got busted for attempted robbery the cops found my pipes, bongs, and weed, only about a 1/4 but they didnt take it, they turned a blind eye, and i was only taken in for the attempted robbery, i got put on bail, went home, my weed was still there so i smoked it all up, and in the end i was released without charge. HaHaHa, fuck the cops, they cant do jack shit...

But the point is, in my case, they saw it, and said, ok, you can keep it... They didnt mind i had weed in my house... That kinda changed My opinion on them, but then i thought about it and its not the cops fault, they just do what the government tell them, so now im warey of cops, and i hate the gov/

They porbably just couldnt be bothered.

Yeah my impression of the story is that the cop was already checking the house out, probably on drug manufacturing/sales. There's no reason to be afraid either, the cops aren't going to be concerned about some 16 year old kid that smoked pot at the meth house, they care about the people who own the house, manufacture it, sell it, and buy it. As long as you haven't bought meth there or participated in that shit, you'll be fine. Let's say the cops get the residents to spill the beans totally and they tell them every drug-related activity that has gone on in that house. Really, they aren't going to care about you toking up there. Trust me.

i was walking out of the house, down the driveway, and then a cop car pulls up VERY FAST like and gets out of his car and i was just blowing my last hit out, then he says "HEY!" and i KNEW they had a lab in there, and i take meds with stuff in them that makes me test posotive for Amphetamine, so i couldent Risk getting caught with Marijuana (because i already have, and i got 60 hrs community service for it, and i dont even want to THINK about what would have happened to me this time.) and i was VERY close to my house, and the cop was a Typical American cop, by that i mean FAT,slow, greasy, and an ASSHOLE.. so i get the fuck out of there, and i KNEW he had a warrant because he was talking about "making entry" into the house on his radio with the Dispatch. and like any teenager scared shitless of the police, I ran. and got away.
