Advice on taking Ecstasy

Hi all,

Am a casual user of ecstasy, once every couple of month or so, each time i take it though I don't get the amazing rush and great feelings that others get - I have had that before though so i know what its like and i want it again. Instead I feel a bit nauseous and just wanna sit by myself and sometimes feel self concious, sometimes anxiety, and even tired. Any ideas why? I've tried not eating for hours leading up to rolling and its still the same, the strange thing is this seems to happen even if i take only half a pill, tough not as intense. I wonder if i should double drop to see what happens although am a little cautious and couldnt imagine i am taking too much with only half a pill.

Is it a tollerance issue or is my body just not breaking down the E properly thus not having the desired effect? If i snort it I dont feel this way but it burns and not really practical when in a club.

Any advice? Would disolving it under the tongue would make any difference? Maybe some digestive enzymes taken before hand would help? I read something about avoiding fizzy drinks before rolling? Im out of ideas.

it may be tolerance

Sounds like you are not in the right mindset to roll. Ecstasy is a mood enhancer, and if you are in a bad mindset (i.e. depressed, thinking about other stuff, worried about something) you dont get the great effects. This has heppened to me once and i felt the same effects you described, especially the wanting to be alone and away from others.

I don't know about that, if i snort it i feel great but can't handle the burn and the back of the throat feeling. I know a guy who has the same problem as me and he is one of the most happy go lucky guys you will ever meet. I did find this though which describes it pretty well:

"For some users, taking E can have an opposite effect called Bubble Bursting. Users tend to experience stomach tightness, panic, psychic tension and/or mild nausea instead of the euphoric effects of taking E."

Anyone know anything about bubble bursting??

Never heard of bubble bursting but I know I feel that way when I only take 1/2 or 1 pill because I've now got a high tolerance.

Hey man, I could very easily dismiss this as your problem being tolerance BUT that may not be the case. How many times exactly have you take XTC? What has been your normal dosage when you plan on having a session? What pills do you get in your general area?

Answering these questions could give everyone a better idea.

Ye I doubt it's tolerance if you only take dosages of 1/2-1 pill once a month or so. I took 1 for my first time, and generally found it to be quite weak (but I had pupil dilation, sweaty palms, and increased appreciation in music etc etc. Just the effect was not that of ''Hooooooooly shiiiiiiit I'm comin up like a rocket to the moon!!!'') the next week, I decided to double drop and took a further 3 in the hours that followed, which was slightly more intense. The week after that I triple dropped, and acquired sum MDMA crystals a few hours later, and this was the most intense roll I have had, within 10 minutes of lettin the pills dissolve under my tongue, it was as tho an electric blanket was wrapped around my neck and shoulders, and colours were very colourful and thick, as was the music, and I kept rolling for about 7/8 hours, the tolerance build up on E is not as bad as every1 goes on about, and taking them once a month, will almost guarentee its not that, even once a week will not drastically build up ure tolerance (unless ure an incredibly unlucky bastard!). Double drop mate, thats my advice to you, the effects you describe remind me of when I take a just below threshold dose of any psychedelic, its strong enough to notice physiological, and small psychological effects, but not strong enough to blast you from ure seat, and completely in to the world of the drug ure consuming, u'll be surprised how very comfortable you handle being completely submerged by the effects, as opposed to only feelin a small dose, which will just tend to make you jumpy and irritable, as you have the knowledge uve just taken something, but not much seems to be happening, but something is happening (and the vicious thought loop continues lol).

And if that don't work, either E is not for you, or you're getting shitty pills, which is always the gamble the E surfer takes :D and if you can't be arsed with swallowing pills to try and find a good batch, there's always a common dose of mescaline, synthesized by the master of all chemists :thumbsup: but if ure not used to psychedelics, a high dose can have ure face dripping on to ure chest, but a common dose reminds me of a very clean, intense roll on E.

If your not having fun with it, then dont take it yo. COMMON sense.

Yeah, I agree with 1234abcd. If you aren't getting a buzz from it then taking more may not be the best idea. Anything as strong as X can have very negative effects if you take too much. I've seen people who couldn't even finish a sentence after taking too many. They would literally lose track of what they were saying with EVERY sentence! Even though it went away after a couple days it scared me enough to determine that I would take no more than two pills per weekend.

Until it becomes legal or pure MDMA and we're not depending on someones bathroom chemistry I'll take my pills with a large safety margin. Have fun but party smart; don't become a statistic. Peace.

Oh dear, that happens to me after I take too many :(
It always happens about 20 minutes into a really deep conversation then you cant remember what the fuck you were talking about then the other person cant remember either cos they're just as high

www.mindzeyecreationz.com is where I got my last batch, took 30g, which resembled Ecstasy 10/20fold, then I took 60g, which had the comeup of E, but then sumwhere along the line shifted gears and turned in to an intense trip with a very shroomlike feel, its tru, you have NO FUCKIN IDEA where the peak is until it passes, ure room starts to grow towards you at such a slow rate, u barely notice, until you blink ure eyes one time and everythings gone back to normal and ure like 'Ya whaaaaaaaaaaaaa????!!!?:o ' and then everythin begins to grow again.

As for the making it, its a piece of piss :thumbsup: just time consuming, and is a lot easier with a gas cooker. Google the recipe or just ask me if you catch me on MSN. Being the avid lover of ecstasy I kno that you are:p , u will looooooove the 30g of mescaline.
