Cereal, its quick, easy and does the job!
Ice cream, crisps, chips, nice hot food, but my fav is probs Maccy D's.
I got though 5 big macs, 2 large shakes, and 8 portions of fries the other day... i had to get half and my mate hd to get half so i didnt look so fat lol

get a wrap,, and put cheese on it and microwave it till the cheese has melted, then put turkey, ham,lettuce,pepperoni,mushrooms,shake,SALSA!!, and pretty much anything you want on it, wrap it up like you would a wrap, and eat :)
