No, its a completely waste. Your plants will get better then that light, and i dont think it'd grow it properly anyway...
Either get a MH or HPS, or both!
Failing that by some CFL's...

You're correct, the listing does say all that, but you'd be better served purchasing a either a H.I.D. light (hps or MH) or get some CFL's (thats what I'm doing until I can get my HPS).Quote:
