can i feed my lizard weed? will it kill him, will it get him stoned?

Yeah, dont force feed, and dont let it eat too much, but if it likes it whats the harm? Animals should experience the great things we do!

no offence mate but id think it would impact it as weed normaly comes slightly dried and has a dry-sponge consistancy it would more or likely get sqeuzzed(sp?) on the way down then expand back up half way down.....sufocation also(sp) lol


just smoke near him my leo slimzee comes running and shoved his head in the air towards the viv lid

if he wants to eat it i dont see why you cant feed it to him.

also if your lizard is a meateater such as feeds only on cricket or mealworm do not feed as it will give him belly ache.

also if we(humans) have to heat it in fat solution to get it active what would eating a fresh bud do for a lizard ? nothing simple

like a bearded dragon eats greens anyway so it probably wouldnt even notice but say leopard gecko's , white lined gecko's if they eat plant matter they would get a very bad belly ache!

oh yeah & i have to feed him crickets, but i feed the crickets first so they're too hungry to eat him. i can't think what to call him. my last lizard was called eddie lizzard (after the comedian Eddie Izzard) i dunno if u americans know him.

if i fed my leos plant matter it VERY much would hurt them as ive said they do not have an adequate digestive system...as in there are born meat eaters

its like in dinosaurs a herbivour would not eat meat....as they would be sick...as they dont have adequate digestive systems to break it down

bearded dragon are cross herbivours/carnivour they have tough degestive tracks that are able toe at both just like iguanas and turtles.....leopard gecko's DO NOT

A big problem with feeding buds to lizards is the low content of fat that most lizards have. Fat helps activate THC, so without it, the lizard would just get another vegetable snack.
I fed buds to my iguana and that little jerk bit me.

i don't personally know but i read, some of the first people to use cannabis as an intoxicant used to pull the bud off the plant & roll it in their palms until it turned into a kind of gooey stick, then they ate the bud from the stick. they must have got high otherwise it wouldn't have progressed to cooking & smoking. i think the main reason why canabis has to be cooked in a fatty soloution is because if you dont the thc goodness is burnt & used up.

and yes slimzee is allways attempting to fly to the top of his vivarium so he can smell it better......he actualy wakes up and runs to the highest point if the viv nerest to the to entrance trying to get more skunk smell/smoke

i wuld enevr breath dirctly at them thou they r quite prone to respitory failure so i have to make sure no actualy smoke goes to them just the lingering smelll tey luv lol

Yeah, thinking about it im not sure if lizards do have cannabinoid receptors... although quite alot of other animals do have them.... Were lucky cos we can smoke it, eat it drink it and all sorts of other shit :)
