I think i might have this my left nut has been hurting randomly lately and I have the symptons wich are Sudden onset of severe pain in one testicle, with or without a previous predisposing event
Swelling within one side of the scrotum
has anyone ever had this befor and if so did you have to have surgery?

yes. not really any "swelling" though. not in the scrotum/testicles.. just above that. the pelvic region. or whatever you'd call that. i have occasional swelling there. but there are different hernias. go to the doctor man.

I have heard of this condition. What you are feeling is very likely a small tumor growing on the inside tissue of your scrotum. And I will not lie to you, you are probably going to lose your testicles.

My brother had a problem where the tubes between his testicles became blocked and infected this sounds like the same sympoms he had, doctors visit is necessary but dont stress. anti biotics probably sort you out!

Sorry to hear of your condition. What you have is probly EPIDIDYMITIS. It is a UTI (urinary tract infection) that has backed it way into your epididymis. Your epeididimis is a tightly coiled tube that stores sperm before ejaculation.
1st
go to the doctor and make sure it is not testicle cancer (most important thing)
Probly not a torsion, if it was, your pain would be an 11, on the 1-10 chart
If it is infection
you need cippro 500 mg *2 *5-7 days dont mess around.
you need 800 mg ibuprophen for swelling, anti inflamitory, pain
you need some kind of stronger pain killer if it gets bad.

Yeh check your balls ureself, feel a lump protruding from ure testicle, it might be some kind of tumour, but don't shit ureself just yet cuz it might not be malignant, there are many benign tumours that grow on many parts of the body as it is a natural defence mechanism against tissue stress. If you have a lump, that is almost a seperate bollock, on the top of ure testicle, and you can fit ure finger between the lump and your testicle, then it is most probably a hydrocele/varicocele, which is nothing to worry about maaan, either way it will not always point to cancer, they really are scare stories, but go whop ure cock out in front of a professional already and stop asking potheads :D I worried myself for like a year cuz I had that shit, constantly thinking about it will increase the pain aswell, but then within five minutes of a man poking around my scrotum, my mind was put at ease, plus its a surreal experience to walk in to a doctors room and pull ure balls out.

Testicular Torsion is nothing to fuck with. You could lose a testicle if you don't see a doctor about it quickly.
