People come into the U.S. from different ways, it was so easy to get here, before all these immigration laws. The only problem was crossing the Mississippi. I think it is complete garbage to tell an impressionable child that they can or can't do certain things because of god. So to answer your question, maybe people that exist or are alive like us better or worse than other countries, but this has nothing to do with your conception of god. We are better than some countries generally speaking, and we are a lot worse than some too.
