Nope, and if it does it's negligible. I get a little higer, actually. You can breath deeper if it's purer smoke. That, or I just get too high to feel any difference.

From my experience you will lose thc in the filter. Just like you would lose thc when it sticks to the roach or the pipe. If I were you I'd remove the filter or buy some papers, or at least cut some of the filter off.

I dont understand how THC could not get stuck in the filter. I dont know how much you would lose, but I cant see you not losing any. The filter is tightly packed and desinged to trap molecules so how could THC magically get by everytime.

well im sure you may lose some ov it, but not a noticable amount so yer not gunna notice that sum ov the thc iz not gettin 2 u. i read sumwhere that no er very very little amount ov thc iz lossed when passin thru a cigg. filter. if i find the site i'll post a link.
