If you use Dutchmaster Reverse, it flat out kills every male flower, then you can be sure. If all the flowers die, then it's a male for sure :-D Easy as pie! (kind like how today is pi day! 3-14)
Whats your ph and is your rocwool not to wet?

It looks like a ph thing to me.
ph 5.7-6.1 checked 3 times a day, no rockwool. Not to second guess you garden can someone else confirm that it is male. Thanks for your imput guys.
I do not see balls yet on her. Give it a week or so.
Are you using a high P fert? What are your numbers?

I see two male-looking sex balls.
The balls grow at the base of those.

GH nutrients Lucas formula, slightly higher concentrations due to the plant wilting earlier in the grow, I looked at the roots today there are some brown ones I never noticed but at least 90% are a healty white/light tan color. I have been told that the stems are slightly purple due to some of the genetics.
Is it ok to throw the rapid rooter plugs straight into the supportive medium?
Those are the calyxes (calices? Heh), and they're too immature to determine sex yet. In fact, because they aren't on short stalks from what I can tell, if I had to make a bet, I'd bet on that being female. (That's not a 100 percent reliable way to tell, but males have short stalks supporting their calyxes more often than females do.)
jamstigator, can u be a little more clear?? The plant looks short to me.. jus tryin to understand :-\
Yeah, that does kind of look like a female. Notice the pear shape to that calyx. In a couple days, if it is in fact a female, it'll start showing tiny little white stigmas -- hairs -- sticking out in a 'V' pattern from the very tip of that. In fact, kind of looks like the start of those stigmas at the tips.
They usually stick out from the base for me.
