Hey,Can any one helP. I am going to amsterdam for the first time and I was wondering if me or any of my friends got asked for ID what ID is accePted.:thumbsup: :rasta:

Hey Dutchy do you know the prices of the coffee shops,and the reason i need to know what ID is accepted for is because my 16 yr old cousin is also coming with me and a few other mates and i dont want to leave him outside if he cant get served but when i was in the chat room someone said it is easy to get served and they are not really botherd,is this true?also do you think they would accept a National Identification Card?Quote:

Amsterdam is a very pretty city well what i have seen of the pics,dutchy i also seen some other pictures you posted in another forum and there is more to amsterdam than just the coffee shops :DQuote:

You have to be 18 or older to get served at a coffeeshop.
You need an ID card, with a picture, that was issued to you by your state or province. Or use your passport as you will need one anyways to enter the country.

Ahem my mate was under 18 he got served no bother.
Don't go to the Bulldog, try grasshopper 2 overpriced but they serve anybody.

I meant "The Doors" The actual coffeeshop and abraxas a different coffeeshop they didn't ID him. The Bulldog and Amnesia were very big on it though. Best thing to do is send in someone who is 18 and if they ID him then you know they'll ID everyone else if they don't ID the first person they don't usually do the rest of the group.
