3.5 grams...
could be a few really small ones
or
one big-small sized one
And an eighth will get you good right? Would half an eighth do much?
you trip from a 1/16, yes, but it isnt much of a trip. Eat the whole eighth or do what I would do: eat a 1/4.
I assume its you first time...
Yes it is my first time dropping shrooms. I bought 2 mycobags that were already innocualted from someone and I was going to test them out then sell the rest and do the same thing over and over again, slowly making profit.
Keep the growbox (or whatever your growing them in) and you may be able to get several harvests.
Have you ever had the Golden Teacher strain?

Is it any good as far as potency goes?
I wouldn't recomend doing an eigth for your first time.. unless you know how to control the trip I would start off with 2-2.5. If you get a bad trip because you dont know how to control it, your screwed.
I know that people say a whole eighth is a bit much for a first trip, but I also know that a bad trip often seems worthwhile in retrospect.
boardman, or whoever, would you care to elaborate on just how bad bad trips are? I've heard of thought loops and things happening...
Basically I'd like to avoid chowing only 2.0-2.5 and having 1.0-1.5 left over - it just seems like, what the hell good is that?
Seens we are on the topic if I could handle a bad trip with salvia do you think I could handle tripping on that 1/8 of shrooms?
I've just heard from the friends that tripped on shrooms and salvia say that salvia is just more of a intence trip then shrooms.

Salvia is more intense (if you trip hard on it), yes, but it lasts 15 minutes instead of 6 hours. You can probably handle a bad trip on shrooms (you won't jump out a window or anything), but you do not want your first shroom experience to be a bad trip. Bad trips can be worthwhile in retrospect if you've tripped before and know what you're getting into.
Start with somewhere between half an eighth and 2.5g. If you have a grow box, you can usually flip 'em over and get another batch. At any rate, shrooms are a very powerful substance that should be treated with care and respect - don't take too high a dose just because it would be "pointless" to have only a small amount left.
Tripping is more fun in groups. Try and find a friend to split that eighth with, and/or someone who's tripped before to be your watcher. The watcher can either eat some shrooms him/herself (his/her own; you don't have enough for 3 people if you only have an eighth), take salvia while you watch him/her before you trip, or just smoke herb or something for the night. Whatever s/he's on, s/he should be mentally aware enough to be of assistance to you if your trip(s) start going bad.
I think I'll do 1.75 or 2.5 for my first time.
Let me throw this out... how about starting with 2.0 and finishing off the 1.5 at maybe t + 3 hours or so.
I ask because I personally don't get much from later hits of grass. Is it the same with shrooms? would it be a waste to use the remaining 1.5 to boost with? would I be too exhausted to extend the trip?
