that thinks it would be a whole lot better if the govt. just let kids buy pipes, i mean obviously they're going to smoke the weed if they want to, so why not let the kids buy the pipes, atleast then they're smoking out of something safer, i know this would probably lead to more, and more severe teenage pot heads... but the way i see it:
more smokers/safer smoking > less smokers/more harmful smoking.

I heard legalization didn't lower the amount of marijuana use in the Holland, but it didn't increase it either. People that want to smoke pot will do it whether it is legal or not, making it legal will just lower the tension around it.

i think you are 100% right slip, there have actually been deaths because of ignorance to smoking materials, and as we know there hasnt been any known deaths caused by smoking weed.
making it so theres no age restrictions for buying a pipe, now y the hell would that promote smoking weed? these are tobacco pipes remember??? and kids are going to smoke anyways so why not have them doing it in the most healthy and correct way?
