I don't know if any of you remember candy cigarettes....but they banned them too 'cause they would encourage kids to smoke.

Actually it's not the most retarded law, the article just presents it as such. this was brought up several months ago, and the reason they wanted to make it illegal was because it was sold under false pretenses that it will get you high, scamming people out of their money (even though it's illegal, it's still selling a scam product).

before i started smoking i didn't have much of a problem with the govornment but now they really piss me off.all this fuss over a peaceful plant that makes everyone feel good
