hey this will be my first time toking up and wondered how much weed should i be able to get for $100.00 in mid oklahoma? and about what shoulkd that chunk look like send pics and replies please and happy stoning:rasta: :stoned: :stoned: :stoned: :stoned:
Man, this thread is going to vary so much. Getting an accurate answer will be difficult.
I know a lot of people here have the choice of "shag weed", "mids" and "highs", and also "hydro (dro)" as well. Not me though. We usually have highs around here all the time. Shag is unheard of, and mids, are rare.
Dealers usually go by grams, not by dollar amounts, but for $100, around here, I could get a half ounce. Dealers usually go by grams, and if they don't, they aren't a smart dealer:
1/8 (3.5g)=$35
1/4 (7g)=$60
1/2 (14g)=$100
full (28g)=$200
Again, some people in the US pay $400 for an ounce of highs, but some people pay $50 for an ounce of Shag weed. It varies. Quality over quantity I say. I'm in Alberta Canada by the way. :D
well i will not want the shity stuff but cant afford chronic so a mid-good quality weed?

It depends on how good the weed is really, In my opinion I think you should go quantity over quality for sure for your first time since you have no tollerance whatsoever. You might be able to get 20 grams for 100$ I think thats what its like around my parts (ohio) for low to mids
what the fuck!? an 1/8th is 3.5g? my dealer has been hooking me up with 5 to 6 gram 8ths for like 5 years, man i love my dealer
but personally im always quantity of quality for some reason, I get high easily and enjoy smoking as much as actually being high
You should get between a very decent quarter and a decent half ounce.
here in south flordia 100 can get you 1/4 of the finest herb or for low grade i could get an ounce and a half or a ounce and a quarter.
as said above it really varies the prices will be higher if its hard to get in you town but if your dealer grows it then oviously its going to be cheaper for you.
basicly I say find an friend that burns alot in your town they will be able to what is a good amount for your area :)
actually i have a freind who tokes he knows a dealer who really hooks him up so im giving my friend the money to give me pot in return and how big should the chunk be the dealer usually packs it fluffy and un compressed and how many grams does it take to get a person high (200 pounds 5'3"

That would only get me a quarter (well, $90) of something really nice from a local guy.

70$ buys me a 1/4 of really good highs. dont settle for less.
dont spend that much on your first run though man, they spot people like you a mile away and will try to ripp you off.
ps. 1/3 of a gram should get you high (if smoked propperly)
I can usually get an ounce for $100 or $110 of some decent Hydro. Some other people sell 2 oz for $140 down in Pittsburgh. Like someone said it varies.

well i am not the one that will buy it stangle12.......its my freind who buys from this guy all the time i think he grows his own i know my freind real good who knows a dealer so the dealer wont even meet me just my freind will come over with the bag and we will toke up and hopefully ill have a little left over ;-) ;-) hoping to get baked he is coming over sunday (sometime in may or june) and hoping to bake at 1 pm and 6 pm should i still have a little weed left over after 4 bakings of it ? 2 people+2bake breaks=4:stoned:
Okay, when it comes to smoking, you could 600lbs and a bowl will still get you high. Height and weight are no factors when it comes to smoking the herb.Quote:

I agree. I've been smoking a good while and sometimes I'll set the bowl down halfway through the session and get caught up doing something :)
actually, if you wanna get technical light exposure causes a decrease in potency and also if the bag isn't sealed properly certain hydracannibols can be lost/evaporates. of course you will still get high but the high will be nicer/fuller if kept in an opaque tupperware container or similarQuote:

I have kept seeds from my buddy who bought a huge bag of shwag while out of town, grown them out, and have gotton an amazing smoke from it.
It all depends on how much care the grower puts into his grow. If he does a half assed job, the buds will be half assed.
well i can get a decent 1/2 ounce with 100 but you should buy one gram or sumthing to see if u like it...
On you're first time buy no more than 10 bucks worth if you're even paying. What if you don't like it. There goes 100 bucks. Buy 10 bucks worth. It is anywhere from 1g-2g depending on quality, dealer, and locatin.
I have a guy in Toronto I can get it from from $190 an ounce (fat ounces and usually good quality).
or I just recently found an old friend who can deliver 1/4 ounces for like $25 and it's good stuff too, I don't know why it's so cheap but after I try it I'll post the results.
Toronto area = $10 grams though ...from what I've seen

To me, it's funny that there seem to be people trying to give you advice when they don't even know what the fuck they're talking about. (Nochowderforyou, it isn't shag man, it is schwagg... for all the 3000 some odd posts you've made, i'm surprised you don't know common weed terminology)... If it's $100 you have to spend, then I definitely say get a 1/4 of dank (hydro is how it's grown, Hydro grown weed is grown in water and is often refered to as hydroponics... whenever I get dro though, I get it for the same price as I get dank, so price isn't an issue with dro. ) If you spend 100 bucks on dank, then you'll get stoned at least 20 times off of that, with you not having a tolerance it could be even more then that. (1/4=7 grams) If you were to get schwagg, which will still get you pretty damn high, having never smoked, you can probably get about an Ounce and a Quarter (prices do vary from state to state, so it could be more or less for a 100 bucks... but i wouldn't think it'd be more then 100 bucks for an ounce of schwagg)... either way, it really won't matter what one you do first, although I recommend dank for the fact it will get you really stoned really quick. Just make sure to smoke in a safe environment your first time and somewhere where you won't get stressed out very easily. Don't have any pics to help you out with, but as a generalization, schwagg is usually very condense (brick weed most of the time, compressed to ship) Schwagg is green and on occasion brown, has bigs stems in it and quite a few seeds. Dank is usually pretty fluffy, kiffed out (you should be able to see crystals on the actual bud) rarely has any seeds (I've gotten maybe 4 or 5 seeds out of dank in my life), smokes a lot better, and there are usually small hairs in the bud. Hope that helps you out a bit, and here's what everything should way out to be:
1/16= 1.75 grams
1/8 = 3.5 grams
1/4 = 7 grams
1/2 = 14 grams
1 ounce = 28 grams.
Without ever smoking just be careful your buddy isn't ripping you off. If he only brings back a tiny bit from your 100 bucks then you got some ass to kick. Even a 1/4 of the finest herb you can get lasts me a week being stoned pretty much 24/7... so make sure he isn't shorting you. If he has a scale i'd ask him if he'll weigh it out for you. The simplest way I can explain it, is usually when I get an 1/8, it fills the entire bottom of a plastic ziploc bag. (While it covers the whole bottom of a ziploc bag, and the width would be that of a permanent marker or so (so the weed would cover the whole bag and go up as high as a permanent marker sideways would be, about a half inch or an inch)... so when you get the 1/4 i'd just see if you can cover the bottoms of two ziploc bags. That's a really shitty way to estimate it, but it looks like it'd probably be your best option. It's also hard to judge, because there is some dense dank out there that won't make it look like as much, how moist the weed is also has something to do with it, so it's hard to say. remember this, a nickel ways 5 grams, so a 1/4 of weed should way a bit more then a nickel....Quote:
