I do a lot of running. Somehow i justify the weed going into my lungs by running every day, plus it makes you feel swish. i wonder if anyone else smokes a lot and does a lot of exercise too.

Dude, i used to be a starting soccer player all 4 years of highschool. Smoked ciggarettes and weed, during the break during practice id run out to my car and have a quick smoke, coach caught me once I was underage and well on the soccer team that was not fun one bit!
It was rough though seriously I had to work like twice as hard as some of the kids, it doesnt help that i have slight asthma either.
I am living proof! It is possible to smoke weed, smoke tobacco and run several miles a day, although i bet i cant even run or sprint half a mile anymore, havent excersized in like a full year.
I run every day...just 1 to 3 miles, but never miss a day. And I smoke every night. I figure a little weed is a lot better and easier on my body than all the vodka I used to drink. Weed doesn't really kill my wind, if you know what I mean, but I sure feel it if I've smoked a lot the night before.

Been lifting weights pretty religiously for over two years now. I do cardio about once or twice a week as well.
I like to stay active, up and about. Humans weren't meant to be sedentary, you know?
Can you remember how good exercise used to make you feel?
Like when i get in from a 5 mile run i can relax like never before, if I have a bong then I can just sit anywhere and sink into a totally relaxed state.
I used to weigh about 250 pounds now i weigh about 200. I went through a pretty heavy stage of excess with all kinds of shitty nasty drugs and got completely out of shape physically and mentaly. Now i just enjoy to smoke. Although I smoke too much. I worry about fucking my lungs up a bit. But i reckon exercise helps get rid of most of the toxins from the weed.

nah, dont really do anythin anymore except play guitar, but i wanna start getting back into sports more. ah well, once winter is over.

I'd really like to get back into running but its just really hard, right now its below freezing outside and when it comes to summer time I am never awake in the morning when its cool enough to go running. It's hard business, I just need more dedication.
I used to swim for a swim teambut it got really boring and I quit.
yer swimming is a bit boring at least with running the terrain is varied etc. And swallowing pool water is a bit rank. Swimming is amazing for the lungs though, Its the best exercise we can do i think. Anyone stick to a good diet at all or eat healthily?

i've started lifting weights, and during the summer i bike for about 2 hours each day
I lift weights, run, and play basketball.
Can't cope without it.
I was actually ok but the thought of going back and forth in a pool for an hour and a half each nught started to make me sick. No I'm way out of shape. Well not fat (fast metabolism) but I haven't excersised in about 8 months. I can barely walk home from school.Quote:

Working out then smoking is GREAT! you just melt into where you are sitting.
As an avid ex. athlete I was told protein works better pre-work out...
if you know other wise tell me....just wondering.
i play hockey its pretty hard but i can usually keep up
im always ridin my freestyle bike around, so yea that keeps me fit :dance:

yup, stretch/meditation, cardio, weights, mma. might quit smokin and stick to eating weed cuz i do feel my lungs can be better, as long as I maintain strength.
I love smoking weed and playing video games. Oh... Nevermind. :o
