I took 135 mg of DXM (9 Coricidin) 2 nights ago with my friend, and I have a drug test tomorrow for probation...will this show up? I've heard it can show up as a false positive for PCP or Opiates, but only if you took a very high dose and the test was closely thereafter...anyways, will this show up?
id be more worried about weed, and i doubt that would show up.
do they even test for DXM?
they dont test for dxm
cough syrup is legal. if for some bizzare reason it shows up on the test just say you weren't feeling well
I haven't toked in over a month so I'm not worried about weed...
The only reason I'm asking is cause my friend took a bunch of DXM and his mom found him, thought he OD'ed on something, and took him to the hospital, and when they tested him PCP came up, and I know for a fact he's never done PCP...
So you guys are sure I'm OK?

ok, dxm does not ever show up on drug tests, and if it does for you.. 'ooops!.. cuz i had drug tests every day for probation and never got caught on DXM for anything like PCP.. thank god. lol good luck with that pee pee test!
my daughter did triple c's (DXM) on a wed. and thurs., and tested positive for PCP in her urine sample that was taken on a monday night. i have read it takes 3-5 days to clear, but there isn't a lot of research on the subject and everyone's body metabolizes drugs at a different rate.
it's best to stay away from that crap. i did robo when i was a teenager a few times, and i know it's fun to get high, but it is bad for you. triple c's are probably the most dangerous drug to take for a DXM high too.
stick to smokin' banana peels, or whatever you kids are into these days. :p

I wouldn't. Dilluted samples can be as bad as a positive. They don't test for DXM. Unless you've done something else, you're perfectly fine and legal.Quote:

If for some reason you are still worried about testing for pcp, buy a thing of cough syrup and start coughing, if you test for pcp say that you heard cough syrup can do that to a test.
