Alright. I'll just assume everyone knows what "fishbowl" is. If not, ask. Don't assume. It's not sexual, if you're thinking that.
So I'm standing there talking to my Mom ... And I describe fishbowling to her, and she doesn't get it. So I do it, explaining "it won't work, since you aren't high." anyway, I do it to her ....... annnnnnd it totally works. She flipped out.
...maybe she WAS high ... O_o;

You HAD to say it wasn't sexual. I have no idea what it is, but you doing it to your mom and her flipping out would've been great if you didn't say that.
Oh it is hotboxing. Maybe when you smoked some of the smoke that rose up came into her lungs or maybe she breathed in like a normal hit. If she did that enough I'm sure she'd get some THC into her lungs.

You sit them down, and turn on a fan (the fan is for sound). You hold out an imaginary fishbowl and tell them you have a magic fishbowl, but you don't know what it does yet and you're going to test it on them. Now at this point, it doesn't matter if they know it's BS. They'll fall for it, without a doubt. You take the "fishbowl" and you put it over their head, still talking the whole time, but then as soon as it goes over their ears, you stop letting any sound out. You start asking questions and stuff, but make no sounds until you eventually take the fishbowl back off of their head. They'll freak out, because since you're making no sound but your lips are moving, the brain accomodates, and the sound of the fan stops too. There's no avoiding it no matter how much they know it's BS. Even if you explain the whole deal ahead of time.
... it really shouldn't work if they aren't high. Sure did on my Mom though!

... doesn't have to do with fish, man. It's very trippy and a fun thing to do to people. Kind of like squatting down over a crack in the ground, and they think you're melting into it.
where i come from fishbowling is hotboxing which is smoking in a place with no ventilation like in a car with all the windowns rolled up.
i just did fishbowling w/ my buddy w/ music in the background, adn the music didnt stop...o yeah, we're really high right now

I've seen it done a few times, it's been done to me, and I did it to my Mom. If you do it right, it bloody works. Music was a bad choice, by the way. It's hard for the brain to filter that out. You're also very linked to music when high. Try a fan, like I said.
