I havent tried it, but i thought that you actualy had to squeeze the juice out of the frog, let it dry, them smoke it... i didnt know you could lick it. oh well, i dont even know where to find one in upstate new york
Are you kidding. And yea your right about the secreting the venom, drying it and smoking it. But I live in the city and bought two bufo toads from a pet shop in manhatten last week!

Yes, I have never thought about orally taking a drug, nor snorting it, nor injecting it. Even if I did try some DMT it would be smoked, crack - smoked, everything I would try would be smoked lol. I think it's the most effective way to control your high because you decide how much smoke goes in your body. But if you take a acid tab or something you probably would eat the whole tab instead of half of it...never mind me I'm too high lol.
I have heard of that before but i have never tryed it. is that the same frog thay make the poison arrows out of. I have licked a few clams in my live does that count.

Yea, at pet stores they are sold as "cane toads, bufo toads," there are many nick names for the little buggers. In science, this toad is an alvarius of the bufo genus. "Bufo Alvarius" would be the proper name.

i got some dried venom from a friend that i was getting alot of peruvian torch cactus and other "stuff" from over the internet awhile back. i smoked the shit, but i don't think he had sent me enough to do much. i would like to try it again sometime though, with a big enough dose to actually experience something.

LOL I would have sqeezed the bugger real quick to get him pissed off and secrete some venom on my hand... then scraped it up with a credit card and save it for later hah. One hit of the dried venom should have done something to you, .2 on a scale is enough for me to trip out for several hours. Mabye it was exposed to air? Not kept fresh, exposed to light, etc. There are many things which contribute to the depletion of DMT in plants over time... How did you like the peruvian torch?

when i had the peruvian torch (which i've tried at least 4 times) .. it too was a light experience. the guy had only been sending out 1/2 oz. samples of the powder. i was cooking it down with lemon juice and drinking it. HORRIBLE TASTING STUFF!!!! it usually took somewhere between 1-2 hours for any effects to be noticable. i would absolutely LOVE to get my hands on at least a whole OZ of the shit and play with that. i just hate cooking the shit down. it takes a few hours, and i'm impatient. :D have you tried the torch before?
i've read that you can just press the toad against a sheet of glass to secrete the venom. then you wait for it to dry, and scrape it off with a blade or something.Quote:

None. It's only harmful if eaten, and the stuff in it that causes the hallucination isn't even active when eaten, so it would be pointless to do so anyway. Evaporate it until what's left is dry enough to smoke, that's it. They shouldn't be any more then 10 bucks :thumbsup:
my friend was telling me about this. he also said it regenerates the venom, so you can keep doing this every now and then. $10 for a never ending drug, well until the frog dies anyways.

It's perfectly safe. Almost all hallucinogens are, when used maturely. The media just feeds the public bullshit, for example the lysergic-acid d (lsd) causing holes in your brain thing, they just use it to make the drug seem intimidating so people wont try it etc and yes .2 grams of the dried venom is more then enough for me
Might be prudent at this point to just let all interested parties know that DMT occurs naturally in many plants and can be extracted without having to milk toads for venom... Just in case that's a sore spot for anyone...
You don't need to lick the toad to take the ride... Better for you, better for the toad.

Dude, you can't put this kindof experience into words well enough to portray the events accurately to someone who hasn't experienced the same thing.... but... I felt an immense pressure on my entire body, like I was being pressed down on by some invisible force. I was sweaty and my left eye was twitching a little involuntarily but I got past it. no foreign objects or people were coming into play, rather, my perspective was shifted 360 degrees. and I don't mean my visual perspective, I mean, my mental perspective... like... For example, during my first trip... all of my problems became very clear to me, thoughts flowing fast as lighting... suddenly I realized that there are many knots to be tied in my life, and every second I was thinking and envisioning myself solving these, "inner problems" not neccesarily seeing the, but feeling it. like I said very hard to explain.
