Feeling high days after smoking

Hi,
on saturday me and a few friends decided to smoke some weed. Iv only tried it maybe three times. So we ended up smoking 6 joints and like 3 bowls from a bong. I think i might of had a panic attack because i was freaking out at everything, all i wanted to do was to wake up and want it too end. So Sunday i woke up and felt okay till about 20 mins later. I felt dizzy, lightheaded, blury vision and nothing felt real. It is Wenesday and Im still feeling this, I hate it, everyday feels like im gonna pass out and nothing feels real or right anymore. How long does this last for?

Also my parents want me to get some blood work done, will the weed show up in the blood work?

Thorazine might be an option, being a natural anti-psychotic medicine.
If i ever smoked 6 joints & 3 bowls between ANY group of ppl, be it large or small, i'd either end up passing out after the 2nd j, or my eyes would've oozed from my sockets

Maryj stays in your blood for a number of months(i 4get how long, possibly 5 or more). I hope your parents are somewhat understanding or pot-friendly.

It depends what kind of blood work ure talking about, they need to specifically test for drugs for the results to show drug taking, and you might just be ill, I've had shitloads of times when an illness is coming on and I'm hot as fuck and I feel almost delirious, have actually had pretty intense closed eye visuals and body sensations, and feel faint as fuck, deal with it for a week, and if you still not feeling good you're going to have to go to the doctors and talk it through with them, and they'll probly throw some pills in ure direction or a counsellor, maybe both, dunno how old u r and I'm not sure on the doctor patient confidentiality when you are below a certain age.

you will be fine in like a day
the first time i smoked i was high for most of the next day
ha oncewhen i was sick i looked at the floor from my bed and it looked like it was like 100 feet down and after i finally stood up on the floor i just puked it was terible

all those symptoms are one of a panic attack... dont worry, dont think about it and it'll go away.. its the adrenalyn that does that. it took me like 3 days and it went away but u can make it go rly fast...

do some sports or things that will make u happy

Don't worry man. You just paniced, common problem for some of us weed smokers. You learn to controle it... which isn't hard, just remember your OK when you do flip out. Don't worry about your heart exploding or your gonna die, just chill. I know what your talking about though, I used to feel stoned a day after smoking when I started. It's a strange feeling, but don't worry. It WILL go away.

Also, blood tests are only effective at catching THC within what... 24 hours of smoking? Their not very effective, if it were a hair or urine test that would be diffrent...

hhah i had an experience like that a couple years ago. it was my 5th time smoking and i smoked a blunt of really good weed with one of my friends. i was high the next 48 hours. i started tripping out and falling asleep every hour. god i miss that

yah dude you just smoked too much let me guess you were around people that have been doing this for a while and were trying to keep up. dont try to keep up tell your group ypur done if they are good friends they wont hassel you they will understand your resistance is not high at all.

it takes me a couple bowls of dro and like 4 blunts now before i get truly ripped but i smoke alot and its been like 2 years i think lol

When ever I smoke some very potent weed I only feel slightly buzzed for a day and a few hours later...But that was only when I first started..now it only lasts for like 4 hours then goes away :(.

Btw if your fairly new to MJ wtf made you think you could even handle 2 joints!? Lol. You really got fucked. Eventually it will go away, you just got really fucked for being a beginner.

yeah all is good, it all went away thursday. thats a long ass time to still feel effects of weed....i think i may have a record.

Ironman666, I know exactly what you're feeling like. I'm 16, and when I was 13 I had a similar experience. My first time, and I smoked WAY too much, the effects lasted for days, and I was afraid it woudl never end. Me thinking that it woudl never end, caused me to have panic disorder and a mild form of PostTraumatticStressDisorder. I just recently started smoking and enjoying it. You just have to calm yourself down when you think you're gonna start freaking out. It works, I just chill and try to control my breathing. On saturday, my friends and I smoked the whole day, until like 3 in the mornning, then went to bed. the next day I felt "off", and a little high, but it's now monday night, and I feel better, and I'm about to go smoke a little bit.
It's really scary, being a beginner, but once you smoke about 3 or 4 times, you know what to expect, like the stages of it, like what happens first, what happens right ebfore you get high, etc... so you know how to handel it. Once you get a wave of paranoia, just calm down, and don't thinka bout thoughts that will make it worse, just think "Let me enjoy this, and it will go away", because even though sometimes being high seems like it lasts a really long time, it WILL go away, it's all panic attacks man. they suck, you just gotta learn to calm yourself down. Well, the first time I smoked, we smoked enough to were I was pretty much molesting the wall and had no idea what I was doing. I can't only remember little tidbits of it where I "woke up" from like a dream and then almost instantly fell back into wonderland. I dunno how much we smoked, my friend Dylan says we smoked 26 bowls(we had a cheap coke bottle bong) but I know were all too high to tell fuck all so it's something we'll never know.

Saturday night was maybe my 5th time smoking weed (I dont really count the first three times because I diddnt get high)

Around 10:00 pm me and my friend cashed a bowl in a random persons backyard. We get back in the car and I was like "fuck im sober" then it hit me like a brick wall about 10 mins later. We smoked another one in the G.I joe parking lot and we were pretty ripped at that point. I remember chillin in the car with my ipod and seeing my friends thow a rope over the Nirvana St. sign and trying to pull it down when like 15 grandpas come running out of the dark screaming, foaming at the mouth. It was some funny shit. Then I found myself at my friends house infront of a big ass bong. My first bong experience and holy shit...... Im getting the goosebumps just thinking about it.
It kicked my ass, I think i kinda overdid it but It was the coolest thing ever.

its been three days and everything feels kinda dream like, I was worried yesterday when i started trippin in science class. At lacrosse practice I feel totally sober but when im just sitting down trying to concentrate i feel like I just took a huge ass dip.

As your experience with pot grows, these after effects dont continue do they?

I remember I used to ask what all this fuss about pot was, It took about 5 experiences with it to realize it gets better as you progress... god damn.

dude when you first start smoking weed, it takes a while for the high to go away. trust me, in a few months youll be wishing that you stayed baked this long.

but the bloodwork is definitely something to worry about. what are they checking for? tetrahydrocannubinal is stored in your fat cells, so a urine test would be alot more likely to show it, but bloodwork would also show if you get it done immediatly afterwards.

If youve only smoked a few times, THC stays in your system 1-2 days
If youve smoked once a week for a couple months, itll stay for about a week
if you smoke frequently for a few months, itll take a month to get it out of your system
