It would depend on so many things. Growing inside or out, what type of setup you have, the lights, the strain of plant. You would have to be way more specific than that.
I'm lookin to get into hydro growing...just curious about how much i can get from one plant??
If you have a decent setup and keep really good care of it you can get a decent yield. It also depends on the strain cause different strains will give different yields. You know what strain you are going to be growing?
not sure...looking for a strain with a good yeild and a decent potentcy...any suggesttions?
Heard for beginners that northern lights is a good strain for indoor growing and has a pretty decent yield.
What type of high are you looking for????Quote:

unless you wait until the hairs are really developed,
That produces a stoned effect.
If you take it, just as they are starting to change colour, you get an uplifting high effect..
Most people, when they don't grow, but smoke, would get a stoned effect, because it weighs more, so therefore, the dealer is getting more money, for the same amount of weed, because it weighs a lil more.
Actually this is only partially true. Harvesting early gets you more THC and less cannabanoids which will give you more of a narcotic effect so you can adjust the high you want, but the main factor is the strain you choose. For example if you are growing a heavy indica such as Blueberry, harvesting it eatly isn't going to get you a good uplifting high, because you are still dealing with a heavy indica variety. The strain selection is the most important part of growing. Pick a plant with good genetics, that matches the high type and growing setup you are choosing. :)Quote:

What!! Funny Mole2k4, too funny. I have seen some crazy questions posted so I don't assume that people know anything anymore. :) I know a lot about cannabis, but am not an expert by far buddy.Quote:

Well..
Sativa- Usually has long thin leaves. Grows kind of tall in the wild, then again so does all weed, but sativa is known for its tallness...Sativa highs tend to be more savy and very active in the body..
Indica- Usually has wider leaves. Grows generally shorter and stockier than Sativa in the wild. Indica highs tend to be more or less centered on the brain and usually cause a more intense stonish high...
Now of course this is just a general idea and can be different in many different conditions. Plus a lot of strains contain much of both strains(Indica&Sativa) and the highs can be somewhat interesting to explore because each strain has its own distinct taste and high...
Your best bet is to not go by how much a plant can yield because it doesnt matter how much the plant yields, its more or less up to your growing conditions. Now if you find a strain that yields high and you think you may like it, try to get some info on how its grown the best to get the most of its yield by matching those conditions with yours..Good luck bro, happy harvest!
