Acetametophen is a pain reliever. Commonly found in Tylenol and other pain relieving medicines. Why are you asking?

Actually if you overdose on it it causes some pretty cool effects. Jaundice is my favorite. I mean who didn't want to look like an Oompa Loompa when they were growing up?

most people even go further to extract the codein via cold water extraction...
i've got experience in T3's and to take enough of them to get enough codien to get effects... you would be taking well over the OD point of acetomenophin with it... which while not exactly deadly (it's not a high overdose, but one none the less) can cause severe problems if you make a habbit of doing this.

cokekilla, paracetamol (acetaminophen) is sold without prescription in your local pharmacy or supermarket. Although it provides no effects except for analgesia (pan relief).

hmmm, not sure if you're completely understanding killa.. there really are no effects to this stuff..i have some upstairs in my medicine cabinet and if i am not mistaken it is merely an anti-inflammatory.... taking too much will cause your blood to thin out risking stroke or severe brain damage. maybe I'm thinking of Ibuprofen, i don't know..

pixel, paracetamol (acetaminophen) is not an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). As shown here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paracetamol.

Therefore it will not reduce inflammation nor thin your blood out. Overdose of Paracetamol is a painful death lasting a few days while your liver is destroyed.

The common dose is 1000mg for an adult.

I heard Acetaminophen alters the affects of cod/vicodine...etc..

I was takin Hydrocodone pill my dentist gave me with other acetaminophen pills (Excedrin) for my pain...and then smoked a lil weed (maybe half a bowl) and damn I though I was gonna fuckin die. It was the worst feelin one could get.
My homie was like "throw up and youll be good" but I was on a long ass/depressed trip.

i feel ya man, this saturday i took hella hydrocodone and blacked out for 17 1/2 hours:eek: ...no one could wake me up and then i finally woke up on my own

Hell yeah those Hydrocodones are no joke. Last time I took em was yesterday mornin and I still feel all tripped the fuck out. When did u start feelin allright?

i was fine when i woke up, but i was hella sick when i went to sleep. then i did one last night again and it rocked my world :D

That shit is the weirdest trip...smoke a bowl, take one, and then u feel like u got ur soul following you all slow and shit.
