I was just wondering how long does it take for weed to stop effecting your whole physical life? What I mean when I say this is like working out, running and stuff like that, that takes alot of breath?

If anything, I have more stamina when I'm on marijuana. It's the smoke that gets me..

If you don't want the smoke slowing you down, buy a vaporisor. That greatly reduces the tar and other slightly harmful chems. in MJ, but still gives you a satisfying high.

lol i do brazilian ju jitsu,and yes weed fucks ur stamina.if u train like 3-5 days a wk and smoke like ,after work and after training it wont be 2 bad.if u do nothing and just smoke,yes ur stamina will drain,but would u really be shocked by it ? what did u expect to happen ????

I dont think it does much harm, I use to do Tae Kwan Do and being stoned just made me forget that I was doing exercises and I was supposed to get tired
because you're concentrating your attention elsewhere. being high and doing anything that require endurance is a piece of cake. i can focus my undivided attention to every muscle in my body("whoah, that guys got special powers!"). movement, technique, improvement...all from being high.Quote:

it's important not to get carried away--i agree. then again, how many smokers get carried away with strenuous activity?
what ive noticed is this
for the first month or so of smoking... it was really noticable and messed with my head and shit when i wasnt on it.. but after like 4 months... im completely normal when i dont smoke. no one would think that i smoke..
but i love running and stuff when im high.. it just makes me feel good about smoking.. .
but i dont counterattack that with cigerettes.. i stay away from that
Yeah i used to take a toke and go running.
For i turned into a lazy bum.........
But in my mind it doesnt effect stamin, apart from when you smoke with tobacco
