My germination technique !!!great results!!!

Hello all Im new to these forums but thought maybe i had something to offer all the new guys and gals. My germination technique is not new but from what ive read some people have problems getting started so here we go.

first: seeds, look for nice healthy looking seeds not crushed or smashed

second: youll need a sandwich or freezer bag with ziploc

third: take napkin and slighly moisten it with luke warm water

you'll want to lay the seeds on the napkin fold napkin over on top of seeds
and then take napkin with seeds inside and slide it into sandwich bag. Then exhale into bag a couple of times so it kind of fills up with hot warm air put in a nice warm place for 24 hours. most seeds will sprout in 24 hours but some can take as long as 2 weeks. Depending how old the seeds are. After that your ready to go. Get a cup of good soil i use solo cups take a pencil make a small hole in middle of soil bout a 1/4" deep and drop seed in tap root first lightly cover up hole and in a few days youll have a baby to take care of good luck...evil

WOW , you thought of that all by yourself...

I know this myelf to but there are ppl out there that will still find this usefull. And a search of the faq shows nothing on germination for the newcomers.

ya i really dont care but them i said this isnt new but i always read people just drop it in dirt and sometimes they dont sprout people need to get off ther high horse and relize im trying to help the new people that havent grown b4 and instead of being post whores by comments like "well no shit.

Maybe it doesn't matter in the end, but I'd use a napkin without any print on it. :)

I've known this method since I was like 5 years old, so it's really a "duh" sorta thing for me, but for those who don't already know it, it's probably important. Maybe it should go in the FAQ board?

If you have read all the FAQ's you'd come across the paper towel method. And evildoer you put the thread's name as "MY germination technique" so people flamed you knowing that it isn't yours.

i didnt do the whole bag thing though i did us paper towels i found an old cantainer used to hold extra ink carts for my printer and what i did was i soaked the paper towels wrung them out a bit put the seeds in the paper towel fold it up threw it in the cantainer and then threw it in a dark spot where i knew it was gonna get some heat on top of the moniter of my computer since i never shut it down i had 5 seeds germ in less then 18 hours and this is my result and its almost three weeks old now and now sign of much more i mean i got the 2 embryonic leaves and 2 of the main leaves and now i have 2 more lil leaves developing so i was wondering how long it takes after sprout to go into veg state

You giving it enough lite??? It looks streched like it is looking for light...
