got some shrooms...

okay so i've got an eighth of shrooms and i'm gonna eat them friday night. and i've got a couple of questions.
should i eat them on an empty stomach?
should i smoke weed on shrooms? and when? (like when i'm tripping or before)
would it be a good idea to just spend my night tripping in my bedroom, drawing and listining to music. i've got palm trees and lizards and fish in my room. someone said being in a room is bad on shrooms, but my room's pretty nature-like.
how long do shrooms stay potent? (theyre in a baggie inside a jar in a dark area)

a couple of my friends said smoking while you're tripping was badass. my first trip was last saturday and i was in my room the whole time and it wasn't bad at all.

I recommend you do not take these shrooms. I recommend you make 6-8 little kids eat them!

Here is some advice from someone experienced.

It would probably be a bad idea to take the whole 1/8th....Take half. Seriously.

You should take them on an empty stomach. Partly because of the possibility of nausea. Try taking them with OJ...have alot of water around too.

I wouldn't smoke weed until the come-down. Then weed helps calm you down. Coming down off shrooms can be a little depressing. Weed helps.

Setting? Your room is fine. Nature is better, but only if it is somewhere where you are comfortable and FAMILIAR with. Start in your room, and walk somewhere if you decide too. Thats my two cents. Other people may have different advice.

eat something beforehand (or eat the shrooms in something, like I did), but make sure it's something easy on your stomach, as shrooms can make you feel queesy and even puke if you have a lot.
also, be carefull when you're drinking water. when I was tripping on them and drinking some, I took one sip where I was really zoned out and I started choking, it was like I was sitting there watching myself choke on the water, and couldn't get myself to move to stop choking. luckily my friend noticed and wacked me on the back to get me going again.
and yeah, listen to the most amazing music you have and it'll be an experience like talking to god himself. If you like metal, I'd suggest Dark Tranquillities "cathode ray sunshine", Rammstein's "Mein Herz Brennt", or In Flames' "My Sweet Shadow".

ps, hope that all came out coherently, I'm quite stoned now, and I badly need chocolate and a friend.

me 2 np. This will be my 4th or 5th time. My girl and I are taking our trip on friday too. Let me know how it goes. I recommend nature too when the weather is right. Knowing the area is a big plus. You have to have a strong mind if you dont know the area. I went w/ a bunch of friends that freaked out. If you find yourself going to freak out find someone that is not freaking out or not tripping to keep you calm. Dont recommend being in a bum mood. Enjoy...

1*yes....
2*dont smoke, save your trip for the shrooms alone, smoke after to sleep...
3*trip with friends, its better if they are mellow and cool...or watch yellow submarine or natural born killers...
4*I had an OZ. for a whole summer, bought 4 months, and I tripped hard, so they stay good a while

someone told me not to touch them with my hands beacuse it'll make them poisonus. i really doubt that's true right?

well i ate them about a half hour ago, and im not really feeling anything. i didnt have an empty stomach so that may have something to do with it. i'm thinking of smoking a bowl if i dont feel anything soon.

wow. yea. after about an hour of waiting, i took about 4 hits of weed. almost instantly, everything was changed and switched around and sooooo intense. everything seemed so real and natural. i was facinated by my lizard and the smoke coming out of my insense. it took a little while to get used to, but once i took control of my trip, everything was amazing. i could write forever and couldnt begin to explain how i felt. so good. so natural. so peaceful.

oh yea, and my puples were fucking gigantic!

i bought an eighth today and we ground it up and put it into chocolate. i've tripped on acid multiple times but never tried shrooms, simply because i've always had an irrational fear of mushrooms in general. in the supermarket, in the woods, whatever...i can't touch 'em and the thought of them makes me queasy. at first i was reluctant to buy shrooms because i assumed that i would have a terrible trip. but ever since i've done acid and had some pretty intense trips, i feel like my mind is more capable of handling the experience. but what do you think? would my fear of mushrooms fuck up my trip?

it's important to note that these are pretty strong shrooms, made a kid actually piss himself last night (and he didn't even smoke).

well the first hour or so i was on the edge of going insane (but it was fun as fuck) and eventually i just sat down with music, and made myself chill and except the natural-ness of it all. its literally impossible to explain what it's like unless you experince it. it's like have a whole new set of senses.

How long did you trip for? Did you sleep well because while I was on shrooms I had the best sleep EVER after the trip ended.

it surprisingly didnt last too long. after about 4 1/2 hours it was pretty much over, and yea, i slept great.

What's up NP. My trip was great. I watched Alice in Wonderland. I did 2 g. in chocolate. My girl did 1g. Mine lasted about 4 hours too. I was happy with the trip. Wish it was longer though. It seemed to go by fast for me. Peace.

shrooms are more of a mindfuck than acid, acid is pretty damn cool though....when you're on shrooms you get a feeling like you just had parts of your brain unlocked, meaning changes a little bit. if your scared just buy like a quad and take a half eigth, then if you can handle it, try more. :thumbsup:


oh and they aren't mushrooms they are a magic gateway into another world, at least thats one of the ways i think of them because i hate mushrooms (like on pizza or in pasta or in any kind of food mushrooms are nasty, like the grocery store ones is what im talking about)
I love to just look at the stems how they're all blue and silvery and cool looking.....then you munch down on that and you can tell what they taste like, its kinda a stale taste but you can always control your gag reflex

I have been obsessed with mushrooms forever.....when i was little I would pick them out of my yard and put them in buckets. Heh I was born a shroomer.

so i took a whole eighth in chocolate and it was an incredible feeling...i got a significant body high as well as that feeling that your mind is being stretched to its limits. it lasted about 7 hours and wouldve lasted longer but i closed my eyes, listening to music and watching crazy shit happen on my eyelids, and ended up falling asleep. i'd definitley do it again, but go outside to enjoy it, cause i know what to expect.

I wouldnt risk sleeping on psycadelics, you have the possibility of having a bad dream that is lifelike and can scar you for the rest of your life. just happened to a friend of mine, took 2 hits of acid went to sleep and had a bad dream and he was all fucked up the next day (like nervous and acting kinda shy and weird) plus its a damn waste of money if you sleep your drugs off, i stayed up from 8 am one day to 4:30 pm the next day cause i was on the same 2 hits that my friend was.

whenever i have done shrooms....if its been with more than 1 other person someone has flipped out.....and i have never been able to get to sleep after i have finished tripping.....not once.....i just lie there thinking about all the shit I relised....and about general shit really....
also weed has no effect on me if i smoke while tripping....nothing....not even a little different feeling.....maybe then shrooms are so strong they overpower the effects of weed or somthing?....i have no idea....

Shrooms are a very good drug to take and chill, but once you are used to the effects, they are lovely at a concert (especially one that is outdoors)... I saw allman brothers on them and I nearly creamed my pants. The first time I did them, I took a half an eighth of mostly caps(more potent then stems) and whatever stems my one friend picked out of his eighth because he wanted to make sure I felt the full effects for first time. I highly reccomend doing them in a familiar setting first time around and smoke to stay calm. Second time I did them, i didnt smoke at all, so I got all nervous and wound up throwing up green, but I had a good trip after that. They do make you enjoy the beauty of mother nature and all her goodness, so trip when it starts getting nice out again and when you are comfortable in shorts and a tshirt. Have a buddy around to keep you calm if you are worried.:thumbsup:
