Hi everyone, new to this posting thing. Moved here 4 years ago from Chicago, been working my a** of for so many years I lost track of reality. Brought the new year in with a mind bender (thought I was 18 again.... also thought I was a potted plant for a while)
Just looking to chill for a while....till retirement perhaps?..Any other midlifers out there?:smokin:
Well, in thirty years, I've had a few lives. Never a midlife crisis, I skipped that and went directly to retirement. I should be on the move, again, soon.
We'll, midlife crisis or strong desire, since new years last I've had a strong desire to reaquaint myself with maryj. my wife has chronic illness, not bad yet, i thought it might help her. but got me looking and brought me here as well as a few other places. also keep eyeing sports cars, perhaps i'll get a junker and fix it up?....
Man, I can relate BIG time!! I got out of the Army, got married, had kids, (stopped smoking) etc. Now I'm wondering about all the fun I have missed! Think I'll get re-acquainted with MJ and see what I have been missing all these years! In fact, the mj and music is what I have missed most for along time now. Yeah, I can relate! Just need to find a "trustworthy" source. I don't like the shady types I could obtain from around here.Quote:

Midlifecrisis, it has been good meeting you online. Sometimes you wonder if there are any others out there that are going through similar things. The midlife thing has definitely hit me the last several years. Can't seem to find the right golf clubs, the right car, etc. lol Yeah, you're right, life is too short to not find a little happiness and fulfillment. Thanks for coming online and sharing!
