So my first and favorite pipe broke last night because of an idiotic incident.. and I was pretty pissed..I'm beggining to get over it because its just a material possession but it had sentimental value. I was just wondering how many of you have gotten a piece of yours that you really loved smashed? What did you do about it? Is this a common situation for a stoner?.
if you like glass pipes then its bound to happen sooner or later.

Yeah man, it really sucks, I lost my first pipe to a rock in the creek I was pretty sad at the time because I really loved it and it had some sentimental value, but now i just look back on it as being good memorys and now a little peice of it stays at my friends house as a "conversation peice".

Nope, i got my first ever pipe about a month ago and im always carefull with it cus its pretty to look at when stoned :stoned:
My best mate (at the time) broke a $60 glass bong. Still hasnt replaced it after almost a year :p
Man, when I read that title, I thought you were talking about something totally different ??!! I've definately gotten a piece when smashed; guess I just have a dirty mind :):)!!!!

ive smashed someone else's piece, but i promptly replaced it. shortly after, he broke my piece and i have yet to recieve my replacement. funny how that works

yeah I think it's pretty common, it's worse when other people break them
I bought this HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE piece and my cousin dropped it, cost me 50 bucks, but he gave me one of his.
one time i had just finished smoking and i had put my pipe in my pocket and then for some reason i thought it was a good time to do a handstand, well it wasnt. it smashed to the floor. i think my heart skipped a beat while i was upside down, it was my first pipe a super nice inside out with blue green and yellow coloring. and the marble it had magnified a land of little mushrooms with yellow stalks and green caps. it was a nice pipe
nope never smashed pieces thankfully i try to keep mine in the middle of a pillow so its protected
I've busted someone's piece before; it's funny..some guys are in love with cars, some guys are in love with weed...i happened to be seeing one who was in love with weed. He broke my heart, i broke his "heart" :) Other than that I baby all pieces no matter who's they are, as soon as I pick them up I'm instantly cautious. I take good care of mine and my boyfriend's <3
My cat broke another one of mine. :( Made me have a heart attack because it was an Alien Double Bubble looking thing, only cost 8 bucks though. Me an my dealer went together and got matching pieces!
BTW I understand you live in Arizona, if you're in the WEST PHOENIX area you should stop by a headshop called Paraphenalia Boutique, it's the GREATEST headshop in my opinion in the state of AZ with the widest selection and the cheapest prices. I sound like an advertisement, but that's where I used to buy all my pieces from before I moved to Illinois.Quote:

The first piece I broke was a few months after I started smoking. I had a beautiful glass piece that I was tapping into an ash try to clear out. The bowl snapped right off and I nearly cried. The second was when my mom found my bong in my jacket and shattered it right in front of me. One of the most traumatic experiences in my life.
lol nope, but gotten a piece confiscated...2 fucking days after I got it. hand blown glass...ahh damn.
I have witnessed several bongs busted by cops...
But they never gave the kids tickets,... actually the cops told the kids to break the pieces.. the cops just stood there and watched...
I actually filmed this inceident 4-5 times
Knowing that other people have had similar tragic expierences helps I suppose.
Just gotta get a new piece and move on I guess.

Also, some idiot broke my bubber so it wouldn't 'bubble' it smoked like champ dry though. Jack the ripper is its name. Now i have a new bubbler: Socretes. It's amazing :D
