Pizza driver gives tip

A pizza delivery person called police Saturday to report smelling an illegal aroma during his rounds, according to an affidavit filed Tuesday in Cleveland County District Court.

Shortly afterward, James Edward Lockhart, 33, Norman, was arrested in possession of marijuana, police reported. Tuesday, Lockhart was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) in the presence of a child under 12; unlawful possession of a controlled drug within 1,000 feet of a school; and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

wow, what an asshole. he should be glad people are smoking pot and ordering pizza while they have the munchies. plus potheads usually give nice tips.

i would always smell it especially when i delivered to pot parties..but they always gave me a joint or 2 for the road kinda like a bribe..not that i would telll anyway..but they didnt know that

okay...its not good that the dude was smoking around a young'un but the pizza asshole delivery man officially deserves to be bitch slapped.
