so how high you get depends on the concentration of THC in your blood right??? so if you donate blood then for awhile you will have less blood in your system!! i,m so gonna do this regularly and save some cash man. plus im doing some good with the blood

You can't donate blood, but you can sell plasma! I ussed to "donate" plasma twice a week to buy weed, it was awesome. Smoking right after donating isn't the best idea though, I passed out a couple times because I forgot to eat, but if you're planning on losing some bodily fluid other than sperm, sell plasma!

a) your body makes more blood constantly. You lose blood, you gain more.
b) THC can not be liquified, I don't think. It needs to be activated with heat.

Well...my chemisty isn't great.. but i'm pretty sure you'll only ever have so many THC molecules attached to your blood...however you ingest the pot.. your blood:thc ratio will only ever be so high. the receptors in your brain process the blood with the thc making you.. high..
so basically, you'll only ever get so high on pot... hence the whole "gateway drug" argument
however.... if you donate blood ... then smoke, you may feel a lot different from when you'd normally smoke as your body is now trying to regenerate that lost blood.. if anything.. you wouldn't need to smoke as much.. but you won't get any higher or more stoned than you normally would, no.
If anything.. you'd probably burn out a lot faster as your body goes into hyper blood making mode.
