I have seen things like that in bags many times. It's really inevitable when you think about it. One of the "risks" of outdoor growing. And if you consider that it probably came from a field with hundreds of plants that had to be picked, dried, processed and packaged, it's not hard to see how they missed a few. You probably shouldn't smoke it but I wouldn't be too concerned either. It's not your suppliers fault and I'd rather find a critter or two from time to time than find out the growers are using lots of chemicals to get rid of the critters.
