im lucky, i have a very fast metbolism and can eat whatever i want and however much of it i want. i overeat almost every meal but i am still very skinny

It's amazing to me the number of people that not only have an opinion about obesity but are downright offended by it. Obesity, over-eating, and over-consumption of -anything- are products of the same debilitating mental condition. It isn't as simple as putting the cheeseburger down just as it isn't as simple as putting the syringe down. Take this from someone who has lost 70lbs over the past year and continues to lose weight every day.

well lemonboy, they do have a choice. they choose to continue eating instead of doing something about it. if you really want to do something, you'll do it and not make exscuses.

Yea. The sugars are addictive in a very serious way, that's why the cases of diabetes are skyrocketing. It doesn't only affect our own lives, it finds its way into the gene pool and produces sugarcraving children. Overconsumption.. Yeah it's tough to resist when the opportunity comes along but nowadays some overweight people say it's just the way it is, while they're eating at McD three times a day, and to me that's a similar health risk to smoking. Try to keep fit i guess. Jog after you've had a toke, it's great :)

i ordered a large papa johns pizza and a cheesesticks(basically the size of a 12") and i at all but 2 slices

im in the process of getting more physically fit. i go to the gym every day for 1-1 1/2 hours. and let me tell you, weed is definitely not helping the situation. i can do cardio for 45 minutes a day and burn 600+cals, but that wont help much if i toke up and eat a whole bag of doritos that night.

I eat all day long but I am under my ideal weight.Here is my list for the day..

Breakfast-green tea,oatmeal,pears,toast, with jam,and juice
Snacks..I had a granola bar,peanut butter and celery
Lunch=Caesar Salad,Soup,turkey and sprout sandwich,pie
brownies with soy cream
Dinner-all you can eat sushi.I ate enough for me and three others,seaweed salad,lots of sake

I have the worst eating patterns ever. I'll usually eat a meal a day if not I drink a lot of juice. I don't get hungry and I don't get full, I just eat when I feel like I'm supposed to and stop when I know I should.
