Keep telling people about cannabinoids and their receptors (a lot of people are unaware of their existence) and pot's promotion of melatonin levels (4,000 %). Most people say that melatonin is the stuff that colors your skin. Well, it does do something to hormones, but the coloring of your skin is due to melanin. People take it to get to sleep, but they are unaware that it prevents cancer and heart disease and extends cell-longetivity (studies have shown a 20% difference).

This is pretty interesting Beachguy, but I heard that too much melatonin could unbalance our system or something like that because its an hormone. Cant it cause damages if too much taken? Because melatonin pills must not be taken for a too long amount of time, anyway thats what it says on the box I have
