See I was wondering because it must be a nice job. That's why I was asking.

I know my roommate (lover) here gets full privileges for free with the ability to boot people, meaning she's an "op" at a chat-room (camfrog).

So, maybe Ron met some of the Mod Girls at a party and gave them the ability to delete Three-sheets posts.
