Alright heres my situation,i just recently moved to London and i have found a really good job that they allready promised me i'd get, problem is im a heavy smoker and have been for 2 or 3 years almost everyday and i think i may have to give a urin annalisys the 28th of December. If i quit from now on and don't smoke do you think i should be flushed out in 2 weeks,i have to basiclly quit for 6 months because theyll give me one each month.

My advice: Find a job that doesn't piss test, but, if it is a good opp. for yourself, go for it, but as myself, would refuse to piss test for work, as I think people should be judged on their work, not their piss.
Anyways, you might want to start a heavy diet of water, and cranberry juice. Drink tons of it, piss like crazy, these 2 are the best for cleansing your system.
Aviod alcohol. I don't know why, but experts say avoid it while cleansing your system.
Don't use detox drinks. Employers these days are getting very smart by testing everything in your urine, not just for drugs. I've had it happen to me. My system came clean of narcotics, but the doc. said when he tested my urine, he found detox drinks and said, "don't bother using detox drinks to cover things up in your urine, they don't work"
OR, get a clean sample from someone your age, NOT an older person, someone around your age range.

alcohol thins the blood, and has many other effects. I think i have heard the same thing, the alcohol slows down the body's natural detox, because it is forced to get rid of the alcohol first.

My advice, you have nothing to lose by taking the urine test. (Well, I guess you may lose the opportunity for good instead of turning it down and trying again in the future hehe) I've written here about my H2O method in the past. You can read it on my site, but basically what I do is drink a shitload of water about 3 hours before the test. Ensure your pee isn't the 1st or 2nd pee of the day, don't pee into the cup until you're halfway done peeing, etc.
Your pee should become diluted enough where the reading won't be positive enough to return a positive result. You can add some vitamin B to add color, etc. Don't stop drinking the water until you've peed. :) You want it to be clear and you want to drink enough water where you're almost uncomfortable (like 1 - 2 liters). Don't drink too much water or you'll die, although that doesn't happen very often haha.
So my advice is to stop smoking now, take the pee test but with a lot of water under your belt, get it? Under your belt? Hahahaha
